If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Absolutely Would

This is hands down the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. I was charged $30.86 for just two regular chocolate shakes and one regular Oreo shake. When I questioned it, the employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

They refused to provide a manager’s information and told me to “come back tomorrow.” They weren’t even busy, something so simple turned into a complete joke.

At first, they refused to give me a refund, then wouldn’t even provide a receipt, which makes me seriously question what’s happening with customer payments. The attitude was beyond disrespectful, like they were doing me a favor by taking my money. Even after all that, I never got the full amount back that I was charged.

Between the attitude, the overcharging, and the shady refusal to give a receipt, this place is a total embarrassment to the Jack in the Box brand.

If you care about how you’re treated or about being charged fairly, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location. It’s not worth the frustration, and clearly, they don’t care about their customers

I ordered a combo from this Jack in the Box, and the food was lacking in flavor. The Coke was watered down; the conclusion was that the food sucked. I have been there several times, but the last couple of times I have been disappointed. The previous time I ordered a burger combo, they gave me a chicken combo. I’ll pass on this particular place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The supervisor, Miriam, was extremely rude. She got my order wrong, charged me for items I didn’t order, and refused to give me a receipt. On top of that, she spoke negatively about us in Spanish, not realizing that I understand the language. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, accuracy, and honesty, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Many things went wrong during my visit this morning. First of all, this location has consistently awful service. After you stand there waiting for 5-7 minutes, you may have to knock on the window, hard and loud, before somebody notices you. This morning was no exception as I went to order a triple cut burger only to be told I couldn’t. So then I ordered a buttery bacon jack. I was told I couldn’t order that either. So finally I begin to go down the list and settled on a sourdough jack combo with curly fries. After waiting an extended period of time (without a drink while I wait), they bring me the wrong order. Regular fries instead of curly. Now I have to wait a few more minutes just to receive burnt curly fries. I ask for ketchup and he gave me 3 salsas. To add insult to injury, the sourdough Jack was disgusting due to excessive mayo and ketchup making this pink sludge, literally dripping from the sandwich. The horrible attitudes and service at this location, during this shift need a complete overhaul.

Brother, I love Jack in the Box but this needs to stop. How does this cost over 13 dollars and is the size of my hand. I’d like my money back honestly because if I was gonna get a serving size for a child I’d order off the kids menu and save some money. This is the #3 combo so instead of the burger being the main part of the meal it’s going to be your drink and fries.

Kinda sucks when the workers dont know how to navigate the pos system so you have to sit there for 5 min tryin to explain where a add on option is. Beyond that not quality checking my items that were mind you incorrect. Makes it hard to have a nice easy fast late night drive through experience.
All in all i shouldnt have to navigate you through your pos and or double check to see if i have my correct item which by the way doubles are now wrapped no longer boxed and yet i still recieved a classic butter jack in a box. Would of been a easy avoidance by just “quality checking bags”
Still gonna eat it tho cause im not gonna waste my money cause they wont answer my calls. Ill try an attempt at store tomorrow for some type of fix but yeah not satisfied for sure
