Why did I go thru the drive thru around one thirty and ordered fresh cooked to order nacho fries, and this girl in the drive thru? Had the audacity to tell me that they were going to be fresh guess What? They just warmed them up in the microwave? How pathetic is that? nobody wants NO soggy old fries? What were they thinking? i hate when ppl especially young dirty handed ppl play over my food and getting smart i simply asked for steak on my nacho fries he goes back and forth with two or three times and i see now im not the only one thats has received backlash from your personal at the end of the day this child should not be going back and forth with me about no tacos and i get home i will leave what i recieved i have spent my childhood coming here and never in my life have a been drained by and order a simple as tacos ! grow up stop playing over ppls food! i want my food i don’t pity no one who disrespectful. When I first went in the restaurant. I noticed that I was the only customer there. So I placed my order thru the kiosk. Then I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes till I finally had to call an employee who was in the kitchen area. Door dash driver’s came in and left while I was still standing and waiting. However when I did receive my food. I enjoyed it to the max. It came out of the kitchen perfectly.

I have no words… I usually go to Fredericksburg location and thought it was decent… until I tried this one. The ingredients are so fresh, I saw guy carefully folding my order paying attention to details. Slowly putting stickers on each angle, even though it was a $5 order.
I see another guy at the counter literally putting sauces in the bin, one by one, folding one on top of each other so carefully. The guac is so fresh. The employees here really care about their job and it shows. 5/5

The service I had through the drive through was great! No complaints there. As for the food… absolutely ridiculous. I understand this is Taco Bell but come on.. what is this!? Literally all lettuce and shell, where’s the meat ?? 12 pack of tacos and they’re all like this. Waste of money.

Taco bell is clean today. I used the self service kiosk. I love their ground beef burrito. If you’re a vegetarian, then this is your go to fast food. Service is good. Ambiance is good. If you’re a person who likes great quality of food and wanted to be treated like a royal then go to fogo de chao or melting pot. Don’t come here with high expectation. This a fast food. You expect a fast food to treat you the way fogo de chao treats their customer? There’s a big difference between the 2.

It’s Taco Bell… I had a gift card, so I figured I’d stop by. I’d never stop by a Taco Bell and actually utilize my own money, it just doesn’t ever seem to be worth it. The only saving grace is the quesadillas in my opinion. I have eaten around a ton, and I’ll tell you the taco bell quesadillas are actually pretty good haha. Even so, unless I had a gift card, it’s not really worth it to come here. Save your money.
