Mililani Town location is AWFUL! The place is always dirty and rubbish on the floor, but the worse part is one of the girls in there! I’ve never seen such rude customer service! Her attitude is ugly and condescending. I think she is also a cake decorator, (the one with dark hair and glasses). Maybe that’s why they keep her? Not a good reason though…. I won’t set foot in there anymore. So glad Mauka opened!

My kids were very excited about the Coton Candy Ice Cream With Sprinkles & I thought that white Chocolate Unicorn Horn Was so cute & delicious. The hats were really cute.
Celebrated my daughter’s 4th Birthday today April 3rd with A Mermaid Strawberry Ice Cream Cake & It Was A Hit, My Daughter ❤Ed Everything & We Did too. Thank you again for making our son 1st Birthday Ice cream cake, it was soo good and everyone loved it.

I was so excited to get ice cream because while I was walking in the store I saw a couple who had their ice cream and it was really big scoops.
I got one scoop of cotton candy ice cream and it was almost $5.00. I was floored at how small this scoop was. I’m very disappointed because this was the second time that I had the smallest scoop of ice cream but that was at Ka Makana Ali’i. While I looked around at other customers I saw how big their scoops were and they all got one scoop. I actually received the keiki cup. I’m just really disappointed because I asked for one scoop of ice cream and he gave me a kids scoop.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced every step of the way. I ordered two turkey ice cream cakes but called to cancel one order. I spent a long time with the girl on the phone (name started with a J or G I can’t remember) who clearly had no idea what she was doing. First she couldn’t find my orders and repeatedly asked me for my information over and over. Then she didn’t know how to refund me so I asked if she could refund me in person when I came to pick up my cake- she said yes and asked when I was coming to pick up and said she would be there and remember. I come to pick up my cake and she does not remember the refund. They also could not find my cake so I had to wait for 20 minutes on the side while they searched for my cake. Apparently someone labeled it wrong. I check the cake and it doesn’t have the writing on it like it’s supposed to. The other girl working seems confused when I point that out. She takes it back to do the writing, and it’s so bad I wish I had just left it blank. $52 for an ice cream cake is a bit pricey but it’s fun for the holiday and tastes great so I don’t mind, but the writing looked like a toddler wrote it. Then she has me wait in line again to do my refund (I had to put my cake in the public freezer so it didn’t melt because the line was so long). When I get to the front I’m told that they can’t issue me my refund because there isn’t a manager on shift. So why did they have me wait in line to tell me that while my cake is melting?! I was in there for over an hour. It was also so loud and the girls spoke so quietly I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. I’m told they will leave a message with the manager to process my refund and they will call me when they do. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t gotten a phone call or refund. I called today to inquire about it and was told there is no manager on shift and they don’t know the next time one will be. I will never be coming back to Baskin Robbin’s.

Walked into Baskin-Robbins to get ice cream with my grandmother and my cousin and was so excited to get my ice cream and when my grandmother changed her mind about getting a double scoop and getting a pint instead was met with anger as the girl slammed the case door of the ice cream and gave my grandma attitude While checking us out, and my grandma offered to pay for the cup that she used and the clerk responded with I just didn’t wanna waste the cup and a whole bunch of attitude. My grandma said that they need to learn how to have good customer service before putting them behind a counter and paying them for their time. Ruined our nice outing we were having. Disappointed in this customer service.

Went with my boyfriend a few times and everytime we got the one worker with red hair she makes the shakes EXTREMELY liquidy and gross tasting… order another shake for me and a different worker helped us out, much nicer and made the shake a normal consistency

Friendly service, always stocked, never a long line unless you arrive on the 31st of the month (just come early). I love the strawberry and my little man enjoys anything with chocolate. Also highly-recommend their ice cream cake for a different but delicious alternative to birthday celebrations.

Got the mango smoothie drink. It taste like they dropped chili peppers and li hing mui x5 in it. It was so sour and spicy, it was like a hot sauce. Whatever they put in this for the flakes, remove it. My mouth just burns trying to drink it. I tossed it after 2 sips.
