Came thru the line with my order, got to the pickup line and informed the agent it should be frappa instead of iced, the cashier YELLED from the register… I ASKED HER 4 times if it shld be iced and she said yes, well after going back and forth I was forced to leave without a drink after paying 10 due to the delay my flight was on the final call. As if in this economy we have money to waste.

For being at airport Starbucks, these guys were killing it! Great attitudes, super service, and the orders were done correctly. Pat was extremely friendly and patient with us. It was a great team effort behind the counter. They kept going and going and going it was very impressive. That’s a fantastic example of working together. And the food was good. And the drinks are hot.

I ordered a chai latte, but it tasted like watered-down milk. I went back to the counter and politely asked if it could be remade. The barista responded that she would not remake it because I had already taken a sip. I explained that I only took one sip to realize it was incorrect. Her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and she ultimately refused to remake the drink. The time spent arguing could have easily been used to remake the beverage and provide better customer service. Don’t waste your money or time.

Needed a bite to eat before my flight and choose this Starbucks, mainly because they have an impossible breakfast sandwich that I really like, but also because they had no one waiting in line.

At first, the woman behind the counter seemed complacent, but as I engaged her in conversation she opened up and perked up. I ordered a tall pike and an impossible breakfast sandwich, neither were really hot when I sat down a couple of minutes later to eat. My sandwich and coffee both tasted as expected. Would’ve been much better if they were hot, but they served their purpose which was fine.

Decent Starbucks with almost every menu option you’d find at a stand alone store. Breakfast & lunch sandwich options and fairly fast service…the line was pretty much nonstop. The staff was helpful, but you could tell they were overwhelmed with the constant rush of people.

I asked for light 2% milk in my shaken espresso. I got 1/4 cup of milk. I had to go back and drop another five dollars for another espresso shot. I noticed the woman was pouring a lot milk In every drink and just about, everybody was disappointed with what they got. No apology.

Main reason for a 1 star was the sign that said order ahead using the mobile app. I thought this was a good idea. Airport lines are usually long so I downloaded the app, set up an account, put my 3 items in my cart. It said I had to add a payment method so I entered my credit card information. When I touched the pay button it said you must use your Starbucks preloaded payment card to pay. Their sign says nothing about this requirement to mobile order ahead of time.

It took them 7 minutes to serve a hot tea. It seems like an intentional attempt to move through orders slowly to keep their workflow down. Most people just drop out of line anyway when they see how slow they tend to customers and process orders. 1 person was literally just writing good morning on cups, that was her only job. I’m sure she could do more. Good nitro cold brew though.

This is my first time visiting St. Louis and I am very surprised at how dirty Starbucks is here. The quality of the furniture is lower, as is the service very different from Seattle.

Apparently you cannot get ice water unless you make a purchase. I have NEVER heard of this from any Starbucks location, I’m pretty sure the employee was being lazy.
