I love their customer service. There is a girl there working for years . She is super fast and knows what i want when i walk in. She has a sharp memory. Super kind and fast. I always try to tip her. Super nice. The girl in the mornings. I forgot her name. There also usrd to be a super kind guy but he moved out of state. Also super kind. Love this place

Just had to point out how friendly the staff is here. I just came from picking up an order, and the guy working was super friendly and made the sandwich perfectly. Usually when I order and come home to eat the sandwich has the sauce all over the place and it makes the bread all soggy it’s unappetizing. But this sandwich was made well and they took their time. Thank you!

We usually have a fine experience here.. we get take out and everything is fine but today we went in and when we asked for cilantro on our sandwich the girl giggle and said “cilantro” to the other employee and they mocked us.. very rude but they happened to be very polite to the couple in front of us who happened to be Hispanic like the employees..

You’d think with the recent scandals about their food and how much of the food is actually food that they’d be doing more to keep customers. Went in today and their prices had gone up. Paid 2 dollars more for the same thing I always get. They lost a customer.

I bought a foot long sandwich chicken breast. I ate half of it and the other half I couldn’t finish. I trashed it. Didn’t taste good. There was nasty odor in the place. Worst place to eat is at this subway.
