Terrible customer service from these people DoorDash application told me I could pick it up through the drive-through. They wasted my time and called me lazy while five of them were sitting doing nothing absolutely do not come to the McDonald’s here. I’m up way before the McDonald’s opens 230 in the morning doing DoorDash trying to provide for my family. How dare she call me lazy. I was able to send this review while I was driving talk to speech no problem. I’m gonna feed my family, but this woman called me lazy while I was trying to feed my family. I’m coming back in to speak to the manager and I will call corporate directly.

Y’all need to get better employees because they all have an attitude. I always smile at them and say, please and thank you and today whoever the white girl is that was working at the windows at this time handing the food off was literally giving me dirty looks for no reason didn’t even talk once when I greeted her and said thank you. I work in customer service so I know how to talk to people and that is no way to be servicing people y’all need to do better. or work somewhere else if you’re gonna have an attitude

Drive thru at 630 on Thursday. This is when they choose to have a food delivery and block the exit. Ordered on the app. Long wait to get to speaker, order and get food. Got home to find out we didn’t get straws for our 3 drinks, forgot a fry and only got 1 bbq sauce for 2×6 piece nuggets and a 4 piece nugget happy meal. And that was after i asked. Also, I had to ask for one of our drinks before pulling off. Shame on me for not checking my full order. NK13 was my order if any manager cares.

Had several issues here. But recently they messed up so bad I had to give a poor review. They forgot three separate items from my bags (20 piece, small fry & a happy meal). Done with this MCD. Got a disingenuous apology from a manager and attitude from the crew member. What I was most mad about was my dad (75) was in town and since I had to run back out and get the food they forgot I didn’t get to sit down and eat with my old man.

How hard is it to CHECK the order before you send it out! The receipt was correct, the order was taken correctly. I can’t tell you how many times this place has messed up my order and I have had it. Clearly this is an issue with MANAGEMENT! Maria, you need to step it up. Train your team to double check orders before you send them out all wrong!

Rude window girl. Having some sort of weird party in the lobby? Rudely kicked us out of the lobby for no reason given. The workers the boys were so rude. Go to the one Douglas 100% better no signage on the door, doors were unlocked. It was 6pm.

I ordered online and my meal was right but I didn’t appreciate how the service. The kids were just standing there while I was at the counter for them. I asked for a side of two pickles to put on my McChicken and they tried to charge me for a sauce packet… the girl told me I would have to pay and then another girl came over trying to charge me for something. I told them I wasn’t going to pay for it because a side of pickles are usually free. I was just irritated by their poor customer service.

Horrible experiences at this location. Employees lack aren’t customers focused at all. Each visit the service worsened.

Service: is slow and inattentive. Inconsistency with what size drinks can be offered.

Management: is in need of basic etiquettes and training on customer service.

Food: The food is never fresh, your order 9/10 will be incorrect. I highly recommend you double check your food accuracy and freshness. Salt is being highly overused on the fries to the point that’s all you taste is the salt.

Cleanness: Door, Tables and floor often dirty and not checked on. This place has a stench to it and it isn’t a good one.

Ordered a sausage, Egg and Cheese. Ended up with 1/3rd a Steak bagel combo. You gotta be a special type of miserable to get creative with peoples food.

On Wednesday December 10th, I went through the drive-through. I placed my order, one which was a cheeseburger with no onions. Two other hamburgers and a large fry. Total was on the screen and I confirmed it was what I ordered.

Pull up to pay and it was less than half what was on the screen and the young lady at the window argued saying she heard me say two double cheese no onions.

After a long day, I just gave up and took that order home. This may have been the final nail in the McDonald’s coffin for me.
