As a Midwest native, I really enjoy my different styles of pizza available. After I moved to the Jax area, I tired many different pizza shops and Al’s has become my regular spot. The pizza is always delicious and consistent in quality, taste, and bake. We usually carry out and the service over the phone when ordering and when picking up is always friendly.

I will never ever ever ever choose Al’s for pizza again I’ve learned this lesson far too many times. Do yourself a favor, if your ordering delivery, choose literally any other pizza place. They are by far the slowest in the history of pizza delivery and it’s not even close. I have never waited less than 1.5 hours which is completely ridiculous. I do like their food, but it is no longer worth my time. It is always cold too which is unacceptable considering their price is far more expensive than most.

I recently visited Al’s Pizza and had an outstanding experience. The pizza was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the entire restaurant looked fantastic.
The restrooms were also very clean, and it’s clear the team takes pride in maintaining a high standard throughout the restaurant.

My wife went into labor while waiting on pizza delivery. I had to call to try and cancel the delivery and instead they went way above and beyond to deliver the pizza to the hospital that was out of their way. The pizza was AMAZING and this provided us extra peace during a crazy time and restored my faith in humanity. A HUGE thank you to Als pizza and the girls that helped here. I am new to Jax and you have made a forever customer.

I have a family member staying at Mayo clinic one of the workers recommended this place so I tried it out the pizza was very good the calzone had tons of cheese need a little bit more ricotta but fall and all it was fantastic and the young lady that took care of me Sophia she was totally amazed. We typically order pizza and cheese calizone to be delivered but this time we felt like dining in. We ordered spaghetti with meatballs and Chicken Parmesan. Both were just as good as what we usually order. The dishes came with a house salad and bread. The place was slammed between the dining room, to go orders and delivery. Honestly sitting and watching the staff move all of those orders was amazing to watch. Our waitress was spot on in ensuring we had great service.

My family and I came in Saturday afternoon for lunch. It wasn’t very busy, and service was great. I ordered the lunch portion chicken parmesan, and my husband ordered the chicken alfredo. My chicken parm was good and a good size portion for lunch. My husband felt his Alfredo was average and portion smaller than mine. My son enjoyed his slice of pepperoni and the pretzel appetizer which was more like garlic parmesan bread.

Went here late one night right before closing. Asked for 2 slices and they didn’t have but made me a personal pie for the price of 2 slices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. PIZZA WAS GREAT SAUCE WAS REALLY GOOD WILL BE BACK AGAIN
