I like the fact that they can only park 2 drive thru customers at a time. I’m sure I’m not the only one who hates being told to park after placing a simple order, thanks to the way the restaurant was designed and built, drive thru staff has to choose wisely who they’re parking since there’s no way to get back in to the store parking without breaking the law or making a big ol loop lol

Almost 45 minutes wait in the drive thru lane on New Year’s Day night. Reason being there were only two workers trying their best to deal with the rush of clients. To the workers I don’t blame you and hope people understood the struggle you were facing. But management needs to make sure scheduling is in order and situations like these don’t happen again.

This Jack-in-the-Box is near our home so me and my husband go quite often. Every time we order, we’re asked to go park in the front because they don’t want get in trouble for their timers. Even though we were literally the ONLY car in the drive-through, we will still be asked to park in the front where we have to wait extra time for them to come bring it to us. Not to sound rude, but the timers have nothing to do with the me This situation is very annoying because it happens quite often.

Ordered online thinking it would be faster. It wasn’t. The only employee working the register, was on his break…in the Lobby.
After waiting 20 minutes past my order time, the worker finally asks me if I’m waiting for something, to which I finally get my order.
After getting home, midway through our meal, my wife finds a maggot/worm in her chicken sandwich. Not only that, but a sticker on the bottom of the bun of the same sandwich.
Do yourself a favor, and never come to this jack. Completely unacceptable

I ordered 2 single patty burgers with cheese with no drink and no fries at 4:03 and still dident get the food for a while at 430 they still haven’t had thw food ready so I decided to leave because I assumed a fast food place would have quick service and I needed to be somewhere. The room was nearly empty and maybe one or two people ordered while we waited.
It should not take this long to get 2 cheeseburgers

My friend and I got hungry early hours of the morning approximately 1 a.m.. We placed our order through the drive-through, then the young lady took our order we got our food pretty fast and we were on our way. Everything was separated from one order to another in different bags only thing my food was a little in the cold side so I ate what i could and disposed of the rest.

This place doesn’t seem to give a damn when you ask for no lettuce bc you are allergic to it. Took it back three different times bc lettuce was put. Olivia the manager says she’ll replace my entire order when I come in next time. Cool. I call today to try and do so, and no one is answering the phone? Very unprofessional. Very upsetting.
