I am a frequent customer to this BK and they get my order wrong 90% of the time! I can’t count how many times I have had to waste gas going back to this place. I ordered 2 mustard whoppers and I checked the burger in the top of the bag and it was correct so I didn’t bother to check the burger at the bottom cause I thought surely the other one would be made correct but no!! If you request mustard instead of mayonnaise better believe they are gonna pile that damn mayonnaise on everytime. The people that work there have a VERY hard time paying attention to detail. I’m writing this review because I am officially over this specific Burger King it. Another time I did an online order and when I got there they were closing down 15 mins early and told me they didn’t receive my order but I had receipt of the online order. I payed for my food and they told me to come back the next day to get it. This place has inconvenienced me atleast 50 times no exaggerating. There’s not enough room to write the amount of stories I have for this place but I am DEFINITELY not going back again after today I DONT CARE HOW HARD IT GETS

Ate here today for lunch. The drive through line was pretty slow, but ended up ordering a whopper combo. Food was all correct and good. High price, but I guess that’s not really this location’s fault, it’s everywhere at every restaurant. Other than that, the worker was polite and made sure I got everything I ordered and needed.

I stop by here frequently for lunch during the work week. The ladies that are working the window between 11:30am-12:30pm are always super friendly! The food was fresh and hot, I had to wait for my fries to cool off! I’ve been going there for lunch for a few years now and have not had one bad experience! Everyone is so friendly and fast!

Just left the restaurant and ordered in the drive thru. The fries were so disappointing and horrible that I couldn’t chew hardly any of them. They were tough and seemed either rewarded or they were sitting under the light. The fish sandwich was old as well. We’re so disappointed.

Manager says they really don’t care about online orders… Ordered through the app for the drive thru, after getting to the window, staff asked us to pull forward, watched 2 cars come through behind us, get parked, but they eventually get food, had a 3rd car get parked behind us, waited a while longer only to have an employee come out and ask what we had ordered, I advised them we had an online order from over 40 minutes ago they said ok proceeded to ask the car behind us what they had ordered went back in and got the order for the now 3rd customer to come from behind be served, sat through another car being served before going to the door to see what the heck was going on only to be told by the manager that they don’t really care about online orders, they then proceeded to give us half cooked burgers and didn’t even include the entire order. Over an hour from the time our order was placed until we somewhat received our food. 2 burgers (melts), 1 order of 4 nuggets, 1 fry, 1 onion ring, not a large or complicated order. Literally watched 2 employees do nothing but flip their hair and prance around the whole time we sat there, so no 1 employee running the whole show situation.

Everytime my family orders from here the order is wrong. Even when its on the app and everything is written out for them. Then the “manager” if she even was, hung up on us when we called. If you want BK go to either of the ones on Broadway cause this one is horrible.

Don’t usually eat here and I’m glad I don’t . Everything was either undercooked ,overcooked and cooked in old grease ! Food was terrible! I recommended going to the broadway location before going to this location . You will be disappointed . Needs to be under new management or shut down.

The store is visibly ran down to a point that it should not be open. The staff is lazy and rude. Food was wrong staff did not care either. Please shut this store down it makes me no longer want burger king.
