My friend chose the Italian Meatball Sub, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. The meatballs were juicy and flavorful, smothered in marinara sauce and topped with melted provolone cheese, all served on a hearty hoagie roll. It was comfort food at its finest!
We also shared an order of their garlic knots, which were fluffy and perfectly seasoned with garlic and herbs. They came with a side of marinara for dipping that was the perfect accompaniment.
The service was friendly and welcoming, with the owner taking the time to chat with us and share his passion for Italian cuisine. It was clear that he truly cares about the quality of his food and the satisfaction of his customers.

Advertised a smash burger on their menu and upon receiving it I was upset to see my burger patty wasn’t smashed at all, I was expecting a crispy patty but I received a well done, flavorless, thick patty. The fries that came with the burger were good and seasoned well, and the sauce that came with the fries was good. The lady that took my order was short with me which sometimes is the telltale sign the food was going to be good but slightly rude service coupled with disappointing food can ruin a day.
Overall, I wouldn’t return to this food truck.
