It’s Taco Bell so no crazy expectations but the service was quick and the Mexican pizza was piping hot. Also, it’s a pretty clean store compared to others I’ve encountered.

This store continues to decline. We were discussing where to stop to grab a quick bite on the way home last night and remembered the commercial indicating caramel apple empanadas were back on the menu so that was our motivation to stop at Taco Bell.
We went through the drive-thru and the person on the speaker just seemed annoyed we were there. I had to repeat what we wanted several times (1 mexican pizza, 1 doritos shell taco supreme, 2 bean & rice burritos & 2 empanadas) and when I said the empanadas for the 3rd time, the person claimed they were no longer being sold. I said, well they are on the menu and the person stated again that they were no longer being sold. Well, that just seems quite contradictory but okay.
When we got to the window, the person (he/they) didn’t say hello, welcome or anything when opening the window, but rather turned back to the other person standing behind them and talking. No words were spoken by the person at the window to us at all while I handed over our credit card or when he/they handed us the bag. I had said hello when the window was opened orignally and a thank you when the bag was handed to us, but the window was just simply closed. There were no sauces in the bag (we weren’t asked at all if we wanted any) and there was no receipt (just the tag slapped on the side of the bag – pictured). When we got home, the mexican pizza looked like all of the toppings were on one side, the top ‘core’ of the tomato was included and the side of the pizza with no toppings was basically just shell. The taco supreme…well, that was about the same, there was one small dollop of beef at the end of the shell tucked into the box/taco holder with the lettuce & cheese being on the other end…nothing in that taco, the way it was filled, was meant to be eaten together like a taco should. I’m not sure what was happening in the food prep area but it seems they had as little interest in prepping the food as the person at the window had in dealing with the public.
This is the 3rd time (we usually give chances to allow for ‘bad days’) we’ve been to this particular location with poor service so, that is an OUT for us. We will never go to this location again and I do not recommend this location to anyone in our area.

My drink tasted like water so I returned it. I parked my car to eat and the food was cold. I was hungry.. so I ate it. That was a mistake. I had diarrhea all night. I will never go there again.

This may be the best Taco Bell food I have ever had. It was tasty, hot, and put together well. I ordered with low expectations, and very happily ate my dinner! Great job guys: )

I had dinner here with my wife. I’d like to report that this location was clean and well run. The food was prepared properly and the manager and staff were all friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!

Something on my order is always either missing or incorrect. Ordered a $3.99 grande breakfast burrito and was given this sad excuse of a burrito with half the ingredients missing. Take your money elsewhere and eat something that is worthwhile

The only reason this place is still in business is because it’s the only one in the area. The wait for food in the drive thru is ridiculous. I placed an online order over an hour ago, proceeded to wait in the drive thru line of 5 cars for 45 minutes, and was told to wait in the mobile pickup spot where I waited even more. All I ordered was a Crunchwrap Supreme combo. It’s also clear that they don’t start any mobile orders until you arrive as the progress bar of the order only progresses then. There is no sense urgency or work ethic exhibited here. Not to mention that this is only ONE of the bad instances I’ve had at this place (all have been under par).
If you have over an hour on your hands to wait for below average food, this is the perfect place for you.

I came to the front counter and was trying to get the attention of the manager last night but he was to busy bad mouthing his staff , the girl he was talking about stood across from him cleaning up and didn’t say anything he was being very nasty every time i go up there he is belittling his staff. Other staff was asking her was she okay and why was she being quiet this my 4th time coming up there and witnessing him being mean he’s very messy and unprofessional the girl was very polite & told me to have a blessed day my food was good and hot though i came around 10

I used to love this taco bell, for 2 years straight it had been my favorite. I used to tip the employees and everything. They were always so sweet and accommodating to my dairy allergy.
The last handful of visits though have been nothing short of awful, messed up food every single time, missing items, things thrown on there that were removed or never asked for. Always has a ton of cheese or cross contamination cheese bits. Then when I kindly ask to have it remade I get an attitude and them doubting it’s wrong every time. I am over it and will probably never be back which is sad because I used to rave about this location specifically.
