Ada had a horrible way with customers, and the food was so bad. We have been coming for years and today the white Mac and cheese was watery and the noodles were mixed between dry ones and disenagrating ones. When I tried to stir it, I noticed more milk filling the bottom. When I showed Ada, the lady that worked there the food, she said, “That’s how they are. What do you want me to do!” I asked for the manager and was told there isn’t one only an office. Ada was glaring as I asked for something else and arguing that is how the white Mac and cheese has always been. I will never return there. I bought 3 man and cheese for my grandkids and wasted $20 for terrible customer service.
I want my money back!!!

This Sbarro’s location is not the best. I purchased a thick crust slice and it had more dough than toppings. The crust was slightly overcooked and there wasn’t enough sauce. Also, I felt it was slightly overpriced. I’ve purchased slices of pizza at other restaurants that offered a better product at a cheaper price. At least their staff was friendly and somewhat accommodating. Overall, not to impressed.

Nice pizza place in Southtown mall! We got the combo deal and got the New York Hawaiian and the New York Buffalo Chicken and I really liked the buffalo chicken slice! Service was alright, prices are what you’d expect in a mall.

I have honestly never seen a crew work as slow as this crew in my life. That being said, pizza was great, the resturant was clean, but no one moved with a purpose or like they care. Specific types of pizza were sold out and when asked if there were more of that type (wife has extreme dietary restrictions) the server didn’t even know the pizza was out despite the entire tray being empty. The server moved extremely slow. There was also a deal going on, 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $10.99. I told the server that’s what we wanted, and the cashier rang us up for two individual pizzas with NO drink and it costs $2 more than the deal. The server “gave us a free drink” to make it right- even though we already paid MORE than the advertised deal. Service was not adequate or efficient from a business standpoint. It was painful to watch. 1/5 for service, 5/5 for food and cleanliness. The crew either needs to be paid more, so they are happy to work there, or retrained, or both.

Solid execution of a popular pizza chain.

The pizza is a bit greasy and has a ton of flop but it tastes well and it’s a decent interpretation of nY cheese pizza. Crust is dry and not great

Stromboli is dry bready and below average for east coast standards.

The food is very good. The service is probably 3 out of 5. Price 0 out of 5, this was my biggest problem with this place. They sell there fountain drinks for four dollars and only give you one refill when they are probably making over 200% profit, so we just got water. Another problem was they charged everyone for none cash payments. I don’t like places only out for profit.

Made a order over the phone, and I gotta say that Francisco was very friendly and helpful, he made sure to accommodate and have my food hot and ready by the time I come pick up. I ordered spinach stromboli, and it was delicious. This location is by far better than fashion mall one or downtown.

I was hungry and my normal place is go to wasnt open yet. What a mistake. The pizza had no flavor. Thats what happens when you use dog food quality ingredients in your pizza. Way overpriced as well. $7 for a slice of pizza. I will never go here again.
