I was there this morning picking up my 2 coffees. as always Anne made my coffees great.Her big smile n great customer service always make my day every morning when i stop there on my way to work.when it come to help the customers Anne always take good care of the customers,she always asks if everything was ok with our order even when she’s in the drive thru not the front end.thats why this is our favorite Dunkin’ Donuts.

We had such a wonderful experience at Dunkin’ today! They had run out of chocolate frosted donuts, which is my son’s favorite. The staff went above and beyond and made a special donut just for him. It truly meant so much to us and completely made his day.
The kindness and extra effort from the team did not go unnoticed. Great customer service like this is rare, and we are so thankful. Thank you for being so thoughtful and for making my little boy so happy!

I can go there everyday and for some reason my 4 cream 4 sugar iced coffee, the taste changes Everytime, I’m not sure who makes the coffee but they should know us coffee drinkers know when our coffee isn’t made right. Idk how I can get my coffee that’s supposed to have 4 sugar in it, and it’s not sweet at all, I can usually tell when they don’t sweeten it right cause the sugar isn’t sitting at the bottom like it always does. Usually no issues very friendly staff but the coffee maker needs a new lesson….I buy 2-3 iced coffee in one day sometimes I know what my coffee taste like when made properly. Please train your coffee makers better I’ll be going to a different location for a while. Other than my coffee being made wrong everyone is friendly and it’s clean

Ordered 2 donuts that I can grab myself basically. Sat and waited 20 minutes which is really ridiculous. I don’t see any improvement it’s just a hangout. I understand yes drive thru but when you have so many staff members inside laughing and chatting it off when you have just 3 people waiting on food for a long while is crazy

I’m not sure what has happened to this location!!! It just seems to have gotten worse over the past year! All the employees I’ve encountered have been super nice, however, the drive thru has gotten slower, and the consistent errors in orders. I have worked for Dunkin in the past, and honestly, coffee orders shouldn’t be that difficult, especially if they’re only 2 ingredients!! Get it together over there ladies and gents!!

This Dunkin is my favorite to stop by.Anne always make my coffee and my husband’s just perfect. I always use to get coffee after work when she use to be in the evening shift and know I have to come during work hours in the morning just to get a coffee done by her. She’s always very friendly and always goes the extra mile for her customers,I notice she knows a lot of the morning customers by name.that’s how of a great customer service she offers.i really don’t know why she isn’t manager yet.Also I would like to mention that I no longer by coffee in the evening because the evening crew just don’t know how to make coffee the right way or just are to lazy to make coffee the way a customer ask for it.I really hope the old evening crew would be back lol

If you need a direct example why a $15 minimum wage for a simple job like filling a cup with hot or cold liquids is to much go ahead and stop by this dunkin donuts. They cant even manage to take a order and put the CORRECT liquid in the cup. Save yourself the trouble and keep driving to the next one.

We ordered online. Four cars ahead of us in line and it was in extremely long wait. When we finally got up to the window the staff member handed my husband his hot coffee but the lid was not on tight and he got bathed in it. He did not have time to go home and change.

I went inside to order a coffee, and while I was waiting, mind you, 20 minutes for 1 coffee. I see some guy in the back making TikTok’s while I’m just sitting here waiting for my coffee. Very unprofessional and is not right. I’m never going to this place ever again and nobody else should either.

I had such a great experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts on County Line Road! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and Amy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, kind, and made me feel truly valued as a customer.
