Had the pistachio paradise, but with the turkey as they were out of the mortadella. Everything was fresh and delislcious, service was very fast.
Menu is limited but they said that while they use their menu sandwiches as the base you can do limited alterations/additions.

I’ve only had two of the sandwiches, but I’m ready to call it. This place rules. It’s a teensy bit spendy for a grab-and-go lunch, but it’s high-end ingredients and perfectly-blended output, so you get what you pay for: DELICIOUSNESS. Would absolutely recommend for a once/week or once/month treat. I’m super glad there’s another sandwich shop option out there and even happier that they’re GOOD.

Loved the new Paper Boy sandwich shop! The Bianca was a great choice – and the bread is absolutely amazing! Pesto chips were a fun, delicious addition too. Quick counter service. As far as a place to sit down, there are seating areas in the Baker Building and just around the corner and over the skyway to the IDS Crystal Court. Will be back!

The low review is tied to how expensive it is for a product comparable to other lunch options in downtown Minneapolis. It was almost $20 for a simple sandwich (no side/drink) – you can get a full meal at that price at Murray’s, Hen House, EaTo, Local, etc.
The sandwich (BIANCA) was $15 (again no side/drink) which is exorbitant, so I was expecting one of the best sandwiches in the area, which it isn’t, it barely had any “advertised” roasted vegetables on it – maybe 3 or 4; It was mostly stuffed with Arugula.
Then the tip options were all pre-select high, so I ended up tipping $3 for a simple sandwich.
