So I come to this location almost 4 times a week because my son is nonverbal and he loves McDonald’s never had a problem before today while in drive-through The spritefrom my son and daughters meal burst in my lap because the ice machine dispensed out too much ice cubes per the young lady at the drive-through After having to ride home, soaking wet once we get in the house, I noticed that the food french fries the burger. Everything was pretty much cold. The cheese was not even melted. I called back and spoke to a manager less than five minutes leaving the store. They told me I had to bring the food back which my son already started eating the cold food and I’m not able to tell him to stop in order for me to change my clothes. Go back to McDonald’s give them the same food to get new food. This might be my last time going to this McDonald’s and thank God there’s two other ones and our town of Enfield, Connecticut. Train your manager into talking to people with a little more respect all she is doing is sitting down looking at the cameras not doing anything. The local was shockingly dirty—the dining area and the tables were filthy, and the staff barely acknowledged me. My Quarter Pounder meal was ruined; the french fries were reheated, stale, and cold. I was given no napkins and was not offered any sauce. This place is an embarrassment, and I will never return.

Placed an order at 9:06PM tonight on the app, got in line, waited in line and am just receiving my order at 9:33. Watched four people leave the drive thru line. This is the poorest and slowest experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. Neither of the two teenagers working cared about the inconvenience their snails pace created. Not an apology or even acknowledgement. What a pre-Thanksgiving treat.

Ordered two chicken Mc crispies 12 minutes before I got to the restaurant. Because I used to work in fast food, I know that the longest it takes to cook in a crispy is seven minutes. I had to wait 10 minutes after getting to the store for my order to be ready. Ridiculous.

This experience at this McDonald’s location was terrible if I could give a zero star I would. I am not the type of person to ever complain or leave reviews at any establishment but this McDonald’s location was terrible. I set a mobile order for 12 PM. I didn’t end up getting my food until 1255. We sat in the line for over 20 minutes until we finally chose to go inside and talk to an employee. Then I was told that I needed to go back outside and wait in the drive-through even though I had already waited 20+ minutes and then another employee with blonde hair and who was clearly heavy set says “ oh well, it’s not like it’s gonna move any faster it’s gonna take the same amount of time” with lots of attitude hoping that I wasn’t gonna hear him, but I definitely did and said other remarks under his breath that I could clearly hear as he proceeded to talk to every other coworker that was doing their job except for him. He kept on talking to all the other employees who were doing their job asking them what they’re doing or if they were gonna order food while I was sat there waiting for my order that took an hour to finally come out. And on top of that after waiting an hour for a milkshake, fries and two McChicken‘s the milkshake wasn’t even properly made. We ordered a vanilla milkshake and we got a milkshake that had brown colors at the bottom of the milkshake and it was just barely white at the top. I’m not sure of the name of the boy but whomever he is definitely needs some form of consequences for his poor service, communication, etc. mind you as all of this is going on inside of the store only one car that I had seen in the drive-through previously had been served their food.

Worst System ever, have to order at the window I was the only person there still waited 25 min, there’s always this blonde girl with glasses at the window and not only is she the most rude person at a McDonald’s I’ve ever met she’s also one of the most rude people in general that I have ever met. I asked her numerous times to not put mayonnaise on a sandwich because my girlfriend does not like it, went home mayonnaise everywhere definitely on purpose, and mind you I ordered a SPICY so there isn’t even supposed to be mayonnaise. I worked at McDonalds for 3 years and the job is not that hard I’ve had to work almost every position at McDonald’s and it’s not hard what so ever. And when you go to the window they will just laugh for no reason no matter what you say.

The reason they only got one star and one star for food is because the price should reflect the quality. What is cheese made out of gold now. They charge 1.69 for a slice of cheese. I don’t think any more has to be said than that. Not only that but they’re hiding their health department review that should be posted for the guests to see it. Not available upon request. How long does it take to get an employee from McDonald’s to recognize you. How long does it take just to get your food.

I ordered a large caramel frab what I received was maybe a medium in a large cup with more than 1/3 of it being whip cream. They are expensive and to receive only 1/2 that should not have happened. McDonald’s employee should of made another one to replace the first one. This has happened multiple time at other restaurants.

Horrible service, been coming here for 6 years for lunch until I had a horrible experience. Service was slow and complaints were being made by multiple customers, including myself. An employee came out and said that we can go eat somewhere else, very rude. They then took the two orders infront of me and left me hanging, then she told everyone in the back to “take their time”. I heard her and confronted her. She then refused to make my order. She was very rude and an argument pursued. They then proceeded to call the police and make a false accusation that I was throwing stuff. After being detained and embarrassed, the police saw the cameras footage and saw that I didn’t do anything. They all should be fired.
