I recently visited Good Coffee Mexican Restaurant and had a generally pleasant experience.
Upon arrival, I was surprised at how limited parking was for the restaurant.
First off, the aesthetics of the place were great – clean, modern, and inviting, with a nice atmosphere that made for a comfortable dining experience.
The restaurant was well-kept, and the overall vibe was relaxing.
The service was another highlight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s always nice when the service matches the environment, and here, it did!
As for the food, it was decent. The flavors were good, and the portion sizes were decent, but nothing that really wowed me.
The margaritas were just ok. I didn’t find them to be particularly remarkable compared to others I’ve had in the area. Still, they paired well with the meal, so no complaints there!
Overall, Good Coffee Mexican Restaurant offers a solid dining experience. While the margaritas weren’t necessarily a standout, the food, service, and ambiance made for an enjoyable time.
I would return for another meal and would recommend it to anyone looking for a casual spot to enjoy some Mexican cuisine.

So i went on valentines day with my gf
So we can have dinner and it was just 2 burgers and some beer nothing fancy a hour went by and no food and the owner(pamela) of the place took my order and then an employe asked me if everything was ok and i would reply yes it is but its been a while (1 hour) since we ordered and she cleary said “did u ordered something? I asked several times if everything was fine?” I only paid the drinks and yes she apoligized but never offered to fix the issue and just handed over my tab.. anyways thanks for ruining my valentines day. I went home hungry thanks

Food was amazing. The meat and beans were well seasoned, the plate was reasonably priced. It was a little odd to have to ask for tortillas with a plate like Huevos con Picadillo, our server struggled to hear us and everything we ordered seemed to have a mistake because she couldn’t hear us (or maybe we couldn’t hear her?) The room was loud when we first arrived, half way through Sunday brunch live music started, which made conversation at our table and with the server even more difficult.
The staff were professional and very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great spot worth a try.

Waited a little over a hour to get served. I ordered chicken enchiladas and the chicken was dry, the tortillas were hard and the beans were room temperature. My husband ordered a burger and that took 15 minutes longer to arrive our table. I also order chicken soup and that had a little too much salt. On top of that they charged us 3% for paying with card. Cant say we’ll return.

The decorations are nice- Vibrant and colorful decorations and whimsical art pieces, however, I noticed my booth was falling apart and a piece of the furniture was hanging off. I ordered a margarita and I’m pretty sure it was the worst margarita I’ve ever had. It was basically watered down sweet and sour with undetectable alcohol. Next came the Gordita plate and I couldn’t believe how sour the masa was. I’m essentially writing this review in case I get sick from food poisoning, I’ll have something on record to back it up. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I was staying at a hotel nearby stopped and here tonight about 9 pm cause everything else was closed and I didn’t want burgers.
I was pleasantly surprised! I got the platter with a hard shell beef taco, rice, beans, Chile relleno, and green enchilada. It read really good! The red sauce that came with it was nice!I was especially glad that despite the hour, the food was pretty fresh

Service was decent, the managers are nice people but need to inform themselves about liquor prices and even TABC laws. 2 bottles we asked for on a Friday night both sitting up there with TABC tag still on but less than an ounce left in them and no back up bottles. Trying to charge a well used bottle as a call or premium saying that only because it says something on the tag it should cost more… not consistent in how much they pour, exact 1oz shot glasses poured 3 quarters of the way and not every pour is the same…… gratuity starting at 6 people and we were only 5 and still had it charged….
