On the eleventh of January this year which was the Day of the Proclamation of Independence for Morocco (a national holiday), I drove from home to Parisppany in honor of Morocco. I truly enjoyed the scenery and the food I had therein. The Moroccan grilled chicken and the small salad I had were delectable. Most of all, I loved the mint lemonade. Surprisingly, having my hands washed with rose water was a pleasure and I love rose water.

One of the best night out with friends! My friend surprised us with this place, walking in I was little disappointed because from outside it looks nothing special but as soon as you step inside it just looks amazing, like you are in different world!
First thing the service was exceptional, the owner and staff were super friendly! The food was amazing, everything was fresh and delicious and while we were enjoying food the dance started, it was absolutely beautiful!

I went for a weekday dinner with a friend, and I enjoyed the restaurant’s vibe and the quality of their food. They have a special dinner menu/package on Tuesdays & Thursdays, which includes soup, dips, appetizers, and 2 main dishes for 50$! Their meat was so tender and juicy. I’m definitely going back!

Nice atmosphere & great traditional decor. They had a very cool rose water hand wash at the table a lady carried out. Service was quite slow tho and we had to say our order four times, wont hold it against them because they said they were short staffed. Food was mid not terrible not something I would in particular come back for. That might just be me tho because I am not the biggest fan of Moroccan food. Overall 6/10 experience. There was also sugar on the Moroccan beef cigars which was interesting.

I visited this restaurant expecting a larger space, but it was smaller than anticipated. They offered only one menu option priced at $42 + $3 for belly dancing + gratuity per person, with dishes meant to be shared rather than individually plated, which was an interesting approach. The décor was attractive, and the lamb was quite good; however, the chicken was disappointing, and the rice seemed undercooked. Overall, it’s an okay place to try, but for the portion sizes and the price, it doesn’t feel like a great value. The highlight was the outstanding customer service, which is why I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars.

A hidden gem! The best birthday venue for adults (group of 20+)! The food was exceptional as well as the staff. The belly dancers were the best part of it! They were wildly entertaining and engaging. Amin was easy to coordinate with and we did not run into any issues at all. We cannot wait to come back.

We had an amazing experience at Marrakesh in Parsippany! They were incredibly accommodating to our large party, which made the whole evening welcoming and enjoyable from the start. The food was absolutely delicious — especially the naan and all of the dipping accompaniments and the presentation was beautiful.
The staff truly stood out. They were attentive, professional, and so gracious, even while navigating around a large group of people who were clearly having a great time and often in their way. Not once did anyone look annoyed or aggravated — they handled everything with patience and grace. Our food came out at the perfect pace, anything we asked for was brought right away, and they consistently checked in to make sure we were all taken care of and well hydrated.
To top it all off, the tea at the end of the meal was absolutely delicious and the perfect finish to a wonderful evening. Highly recommend Marrakesh for both the food and the outstanding service — especially if you’re dining with a large group!

Great food and plenty of it! We went for the belly dancing show, and we had a great time! She was upbeat and fun! We all danced on the dance floor. The person playing music also took song requests! Great environment for couples and families! Would definitely go to the show again!

Loved it a lot! We came on the weekend so it was a diner style serve with a belly dancer to top off the meal!
It was energetic and fun with a highly attentive staff. Next time we are in the state we are definitely making this a go to stop.
