They refried my shrimp and now I feel sick.
All the food was cold.
I live in west monroe so I travel a good distance to the monroe Zaxbys to be made sick to my stomach.
I spent 30+ on 2 meals.
I called the store and the manager said I would have to travel all the way back to bring the food but who’s accommodating me for my gas?
Zaxbys is about to lose my business permanently.

Every time I’ve been here, I have had quality service. Food is always good, nice proportions.

02-21-2020 lunchtime. This is my second time ever coming to one of these locations. The lady at the register was super sweet and help me with the menu. I did not know what to pick so I let her choose for me. I don’t remember what I got but I have pictures in my photos of what I purchased. It was delicious the bread had way too much butter on it but the chicken and the sauce taste good the fries were equally as good and a sweet tea was awesome. You can never go wrong with a good cold glass of sweet tea. The location did not feel all that clean. Throughout their were stuff on tables trash on the floors spilled drinks. Someone definitely had to clean up which is unfortunate because it’s a modern looking location that has a good feel to it. I would return to this location.

Very clean establishment. They got my order wrong and instead of making it right they were worried about charging me more money. Did not have time to wait around for them to remake my food. Very sad when. we choose to spend hard earned money for it to be messed up. The place was not busy there was no line or anyone waiting for their food. Very disappointed.

I purchased a sandwich with fries and drink 5/13/25 well you know how you eat fries first then the sandwich, well when I got to the sandwich the meat was not all the way cooked, but I didn’t notice until I made it to work, now I don’t live in Monroe I just work down there. So I call and told them I bring the sandwich back tomorrow. So I left the sandwich in the fridge at my job. So the next day I had to pass Zaby’s go get the sandwich and come back, they gave me 7dollar back because I ate the fries, it’s not a sandwich there that cost 7 dollars but out of convenience because they gave me raw meat and I had to come back I just felt like that was wrong but because I have stomach problems today I bet if action was taken they would’ve gave me all my money back and then some food. But it’s okay that was my last time going there.
