Haven’t had Church’s in a long long time. It used to be the spiciest chicken around next to the Chik Fil A spicy chicken sandwich but now….MEH. Why is it always like this? I did an Uber order and the chicken was placed in a waxed paper bag with a pepper– no box. Strange…but true.

We stopped by to purchase some chicken to go with the sides we cooked at home. This chicken doesn’t taste like how I remember it. The chicken was bland, dry, and not at all delicious. I ate one piece of chicken out of a 16 PC family pack. I couldn’t stomach it.
The staff were super nice though. The facility was sort of clean in the lobby. After we ordered, it only took roughly ten minutes before we had to pick it up at the window. They got our order ready quite quickly. Personally, I won’t be going back unless it’s for the biscuits. Church’s has some fire honey butter biscuits. Taste the biscuit. Taste the goodness of the biscuit. With that honey sauce. Taste of goodness of the biscuit with that honey sauce.

Absolutely horrible. Food was cold, fried Okra was notnswasoned at all and barely had a coating…..to make matters worse, they were not fried hard at all. THEY DONT HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I love this place, it has spoiled me from getting any other chicken, anywhere else. The location is loaded with excitement, lol, to say the least. I live up in Greenbelt, MD, now, but the service and the and the food makes it all worth it to me. I have never had an unpleasant experience there, and the food has never disappointed, with the exceptions of a few sides, but even those were doable. Thank you ladies, and my guy in the back, although I couldnt see his face, but i just wanted to say keep up the good work! Loyal customer!

Came to this churches chicken on April 26 at about 10:30 AM. It’s specifically says on the door that the dining room hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. However, the two women on the inside refused to open the store doors and having insisted that everybody order at the pick up window.
The community Albeit lively, Is breaking, dangerous and things could happen at any given moment. Ordering at this location outside at a window Unfortunately, the store managers unavailable and the workers trying to call the cops to remove us.
All we wanted do is go inside the store allocated and order some chicken. This was absolutely prosperous. Now the police have been called. Do NOT order from here. They are in a black community refusing to serve Black people at the times that they posted and it’s unfortunate because when the cops arrived, they asked Access to leave the property when all we were trying to do was go inside and order some chicken

Food was good but not as good as the online hype for Church’s indicated in my opinion. Chicken was good. Fries were very good. Mac and cheese was just okay, so I probably wouldn’t get that again.

Ate at churches in memphis tennessee and I currently live in harrisonburg. I drove over an hour to get to this restaurant. My husband grew up eating at churches chicken where he is from in memphis tennessee. And when we found out there was one over an hour away from where we currently live we went. And it was also our only time. The food was just how it is at the one in memphis. Love this biscuits to. Will be making another trip soon.

I had to drive like 40 min to get here. I live in Centerville Virginia and there aren’t any stores nearby. A great pity. About the product I must say that the sandwich was not bad at all. The customer service was not the best, the girls at that time were not smiling. The biscuit is one of the best I’ve had without a doubt.

Definitely fast service, even though the chicken was crunchy it had no flavor at all not even salt and pepper I was truly disappointed. I will never come back there again. Seriously.

I usually don’t post but now I have to out of sheer frustration. I ordered a family meal online from the Minnesota Ave Store on 8/5/25, what arrived was a two piece and drink, that I did not keep. Doordash stated that they would contact the store and request a reimbursement but I was never reimbursed. Tried calling to the store and the number rings busy no matter what time you call. There is an option online where you can submit your request for assiatnce. I have done that two times already and have not heard back from anyone yet. To date i still have not received my money back. Don’t waste your time or money.
