Ordered online location had no record, so placed order. Onion rings were still ice cold in the center and completely under cooked. Whopper ordered cut in half…only top bun cut and sandwich was cold. Ordered Dr Pepper received a diet coke. Also no receipt to be found. Will not set foot in that location again and will pass the word!!

went through the drive thru and had a paper coupon. i hand the person at the window the coupon and i still get charged full price. i asked why and she said i had to tell her i had a coupon when i was in the drive thru.. left without my coupon and not going back. shouldnt have been that hard to adjust the price

Not so friendly service at the cash register today. I ordered BK fish sandwich which had to be returned because I wanted a sandwich! This BK fish sandwich was not as good as I remembered it would be another 17 years + before I order another one!

I had a great experience while I dined in and I didn’t have to wait for someone to come to the register .The staff was friendly , polite and professional as well as the food . I definitely will visit again and look forward to having another great experience .

Would leave zero stars if possible! Totally disgusting. 10 or 11 employees behind counter. Only 2 or 3 actually working! How can you be out of barbecue sauce!
