Outdated screens that are rusted and not efficiently working. Attention of ordertakers/staff not well due to speakers. Parking lot could use attention. First several stalls only for pickup, if lot is full have to drive around into a stall to order or drive thru. A lot of the bell hops that come and serve food could present better or look better groomed. Not to be that Carl but I have seen many sonics in better condition.
Food, bread tastes stale or if its sat out for a long time, same for burgers, chicken…etc. Definitely not made to order for the most part. Really lacks the love for fresh food. Tots are always over salted or cold. “Groovy fries” about the same, majority of time soggy. Only good thing is the motz sticks which 60pct of time are properly fried and stringy cheese, other times a log of cheese in cold breeding when consumed.

Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but staff are always so nice and friendly! Never have issues with food or drinks. I love being able to order in app and customize drinks!

From out of town visiting family. Ordered 4 drinks. An older black man with gold tooth brought the drinks. Drink diet cherry limeade with extra coconut syrup was missing coconut. Half tea and lemonade was missing the tea. 2 cherry cokes were diet when supposed to be regular. Went through drive thru to fix my drink missing the coconut and same guy fixed it and said he was the one that made the drinks. Unfortunately the others didnt get fixed because I delivered them to family across town. I was wondering if he messed them up on purpose since I didnt tip when I ordered on the app and handed him a cash tip instead. Doubt ill go back

Took way too long to take our order even though it wasn’t busy! Was rude and pretty much threw our food at us and never asked if we needed anything else, we waited at the window for at least 5-6min wait for someone to give us straws and sauce and they would just take the food to the people behind us! Won’t be back!

My order was received quickly (within 1 minute) by a friendly voice. From order time to the time I received my lunch (this was during the normal working lunch hour) was approximately 6 minutes.
My carhop was incredibly courteous, and delivered me a perfectly packaged burger that was made with consideration. My fries were hot and crispy, and the meal was put together very well in the bag as to not have any loss of fries. I did not ask for them, but the greater than 2 napkins was graciously appreciated.
I do not eat fast food often at all and don’t have convenient access to Sonic, but I would say this was the best Sonic experience I have ever had. You all are doing a great job!

David was phenomenal when we stopped here the other day. I’m sure they were short-staffed and it was during happy hour but he was so friendly and apologized for our order taking longer than usual. Our order had been ready for a while but it was apparently placed somewhere on the counter where they weren’t sure if the order was ready or not. David was so nice and gave us our order for free because it took a while; I wanted to give him a shout-out because he was so nice to us and I appreciate it!
