The young ladies were nice at the drive thru but the order was half way cooked, no cream cheese on bagel, charged 1.49 for a side of cream cheese that I had to put on myself after going back to retrieve it, sandwich was wrong and coffee taste old at 6:00am. I would keep driving by and get a cup of coffee at Q.T. instead of wasting my money here. The owner of this franchise obviously could care less about the quality of their food (you can tell by past reviews)

Tried to give me everything but the basic normal chocolate donut. I shouldn’t have to explain in detail what I want and still not get it. Nope. Plain with chocolate frosting and everything else under the sun. Finally managed a double chocolate and gave up. This is why I dont eat out and coworkers orders are always wrong.

On Thursday 2/12/26, I decided to bypass Starbucks and head to Dunkin Donuts instead. Upon arriving, I felt a sense of regret, because of the long line outside, which included a bit of chaos, due to a few people arguing over parking spaces. Although I felt a little reluctant to park and try the line inside, I did anyway and I’m glad I did. Although the amount of people outside was chaotic and one customer became impatient with the staff on the inside, your team of employees, including your manager were EXTREMELY prompt, kind and helpful to all customers they engaged. The manager and her team who worked this day deserve a huge RAISE in pay! As a customer, I was extremely pleased with how kind and fast they were with everyone’s orders and did it all with a calm demeanor and smile. They were so welcoming and really made me change my mind about stopping at the other coffee shop. I was really contemplating if I should write a review because of my busy schedule but yea I definitely had to make time! So I wonder why I’ve been to this location multiple times despite food errors n customer service.. oh I know why because it’s right before u hop on the highway! Great location but food n service SUCKS! Multiple times food is either burnt, half way cooked, it’s never how u ordered.. u ask for light n sweet coffee it get to you looking like pure white chocolate, donuts are stale, I’ve even received a donuts that looks like the top metal rack was sitting on top of it all night had the shape of triangles on it… I’m over this place 9/29/22 was the final straw!!!! My breakfast that i spent $10 on I couldn’t eat was Burnt n dried out I’m done ! Cause I can go on and on! Don’t even feel like going through my gallery for the other pics! This is just August n September pics! Don’t waste your money!!

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. It really hurt my feelings to have to post this but I have been to this location a total of 4 times and each time the service was just horrible. The employees did not want to be there. They performed so horribly and slowly it almost makes you feel bad for them and makes you forget that you are a paying customer. You are not greeted once you arrive, you have to wait about 7-8 minutes just to be acknowledged, and there is no sense of urgency.
This location is a downer in the mornings and not an upper,
This problem needs to be addressed. I see that I am not the only one who feels this way. Today I had to just turn around and go to a different location. I couldn’t do it.

I don’t mind waiting for quality service; however, over the past three weeks the lines and overall service have been consistently slow. Today, after waiting 30 minutes in line for a mobile order, I reached the window to confirm my order. The barista repeated the wrong order back to me and then closed the window mid-conversation. This experience was both extremely slow and unexpectedly rude, making it the worst service I’ve received at this location.

I have a great experience at Dunkin. One the employees Rayshard that works there is very outgoing and very nice person to all of the customers that come in. Also Rayshard always gets drink correctly thank you for all the hard work keep it up.

Since moving to the area my experience with this Dunkin has gone from bad to worse. Honestly, they should close after breakfast. After breakfast, service just goes down. They are always out of syrup to make frozen drinks. Today, I pull up to the intercom around 2:35 PM and nothing. No one ever comes on to the speaker to take my order. I pulled around to the drive thru window, thinking the intercon wasn’t working) and there is not a person in sight. This location has disappointed too many times. I will just find another Dunkin (out of my way) to go to. I’m good on this location.
