Finally got to take my 21 year old son in there for the HUGE burger! He loved it and also has very little bar experience so it was nice for him to check it out and try a drink as well. Thanks for the great food and service! He can’t wait to come back to try and beat the record on eating that thing!

I was really disappointed with my experience during my recent visit. My server made no effort to acknowledge us from the moment we walked in. They avoided taking our drink order, chose to clean the bar and wipe down tables instead, and never once checked in. After waiting far longer than reasonable, we finally decided to leave — and even then, we were still ignored.
I understand bars get busy, but basic acknowledgment and courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it left a very negative impression.

First time visiting and we were impressed. The food was amazing, server was attentive, prices were good, great atmosphere, and the bathrooms were clean. I ordered the Philly and fries which were delicious, best I’ve had actually! This will definitely be one of our new go to spots.

The food was so good. We had the meatloaf special, a mushroom Swiss burger, Mac and cheese, and fried okra. The beef in the burger and the meatloaf was well seasoned and juicy.

Was running errands with my 4 year old and stopped in because it seemed busy (figured it meant it must be good) and we weren’t familiar with that area of town. The waitress was very kind and put on a kids show on a TV near us (we sat away from everyone else and there weren’t any games on, so tvs weren’t in demand). We ordered a smash burger that was on special and shared it, since my 4 year old typically doesn’t eat much. Apparently, it was the best burger because he basically ate most of it! Fries weren’t anything special, but overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the food! I’d definitely try them again (but maybe without the kiddo and with hubby instead)!

We are from out of town and always do research on best local places to eat. This place had a 4.9 so I couldn’t pass up trying it. It is truly a whole-in-the-wall place that was amazing. Staff took great care of us throughout the whole time. We had cheese curbs that tasted great. I had the grilled Ceasar salad because it said house made dressing and it did not disappoint so good. My son had fried shrimp and loaded potatoe wedges which he downed in 5 mins so they must have been good. I also had a side of onion rings. Let me tell you these are hands down the BEST onion rings Ive ever had. If I wasn’t stuffed I would have ordered another side of them. This place might not be on the “fancy” side of town but hands down 100% worth the drive to it.
