Something is not right with their orange chicken has a very odd taste and the roof of my mouth is on fire…not in a spicy way I can handle very spicy food, almost like chemicals…..1130am waited 25 minutes for string bean chicken after my order was made. Not too bad, walked in just before closing. Bunch of app dudes waiting on orders and the bowls were all empty except like 4 items. I got noodles mushroom chicken and orange chicken. They packed my box with noodles I can say that. The mushroom chicken was almost gone and they tried to make up for it with a little more orange chicken.

All I had to do was pay for my order after it was made. Cashier walks away and goes to a to go order. Un ties the bag and re ties it then just kinda stood there without adding anything to the bag. Then when I asked for soy sauce and teriyaki she only put soy sauce in the bag and had an attitude with me the whole interaction. Everyone else was very nice but the whole experience changed once I went to her.

Edell was such a pleasure to speak with in regards to my order today. There was an item missing from my pickup order and she was so understanding about how I could feel about that. (Note: It was dinner time and I was already too exhausted from work to cook for my family.) She was happy to make it right. Outstanding customer care and service! There’s a few restaurants that could actually learn a thing or two from her skills!

This place never has sufficient staff. They also are always out of istraws, forks and chicken. This used to be such a great Panda and now they are awful. Add to this that the portions are miniscule now. Update: it’s no better, horrible service, awful food and my son threw up after eating here.
Edit: since new management took over EVERYTHING is amazing. The manager’s name is Edel and she has everything back in order. Staff is friendly, always hot and fresh food. They are never out of specific dishes like they used to be!!! Great job Panda Express putting someone in charge who runs a tight ship and makes the dining experience pleasant
