The food was solidly good. The rice burrito (fan tuan) was decent. The pork ears were delicious—probably the best I’ve had in the US. The popcorn chicken was hot, crisp, and flavorful (it is on the spicier/more peppery side though).
Be warned, the restaurant is a weird hole in the wall, pick up only spot though. You cannot dine in here.

recently try Taiwanese eats through DoorDash for lunch at work and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were rice burritos available. as a takeout option, it still arrived warm in my hands – and the food was still very tasty and fresh. excited to check out this place in person, myself one of these days and update my review/provide a more extensive review then!
The ingredients wrapped within the burrito is pretty delicious and I appreciate the options between purple rice versus white rice!

Easy order, on-time pick up, and great food.
Ordered purple rice burrito with pork floss and swordfish floss, fried chicken cutlets, and fried king mushroom with black soy bean milk.
My most favorite dish of all: the king mushroom. Great flavor, it’s a little chewy (because that’s the texture of the mushroom), but all in all it’s a great snack.
The chicken cutlet was humongous! I did request for them to not cut it (because i like to bite into it directly) but because of that the surface area of the spices is limited and the meat tasted a little bland. It’s still really juicy though, I just wish it has a little more seasonings.
Fan tuan was a tad bland because of the rice & eggs, but the crispy dough and mustard greens added great texture and flavor to the dish.
Soy bean milk is really not my preference because it’s not sweetened, or really mildly sweetened.

I would never thought there was a restaurant on this street but we went to pickup our order and surprised to have found it hidden between some auto body or warehouse buildings. I had the rice rolls with purple rice with braised pork and the pork floss. The braised pork was a bit too salty for my taste and the portion is a bit small for the cost. My Chinese donut was also too hard inside the roll that it hurt the top of my mouth when initially biting in. Soy milk is decent and interestingly in a bag. Decent but doesn’t beat what I’ve had in Taiwan.

It is located in redwood city close to Costco. It sells taiwanese treats like glutinous rice rolls and fried chicken. There is no cashier or anyone great you. Your order from big touch screen. We order purple rice roll with fish floss and rice roll with braised prok belly. It takes a while for the order to be ready. The rice roll is ok. Parking is a challenge.

First time here. Did not realize it was a ghost kitchen. Parking was a bit tough since the residential streets were generally full, but I was able to find parking two blocks over.
Ordered the red vinasse pork bento. The sides were tasty but sadly, the pork was both dry and tasteless. Despite that, the quality of the ingredients were the redeeming factor.

Came here for the rice rolls/rice burritos and was def not disappointed! Got the Sticky Rice roll with braised pork, purple sticky rice roll with pork floss, and the sweetened black bean soy milk. The pork floss roll was my favorite. Wasn’t a huge fan of the soy milk.

The most delicious and yummy rice burrito (飯糰) ever. Also really appreciate they have options for purple rice (more fiber, more vitamins and more omph!). Love their soy milk too – so silky and smooth. Their online ordering system makes it really easy to order and pick up. Great service too. Love this place.

Amazing food. The parking at ghost kitchen is limited but you can park in front of 428 MacArthur Ave next door, the driveway is typically empty there.

Update: food quality has gone downhill. Massive delays with no explanation and no customer service to speak of. Will not return.

It’s within a central kitchen with couple of other restaurants on sites. Takeout only. No cash, I believe. All orders are made online through an app and you pick up the food from the window when it’s ready. Parking was extremely limited. Regards the food, we love the purple sticky rice roll. The pepper and salt trumpet mushroom was also juicy and tasty.
