Absolutely incredible! Best biscuits I have ever had. Fluffy, soft, creative and delicious. I tried multiple flavors and a sandwich and wasn’t disappointed with any of it. This was a great way to start off my trip to Charleston. The service was friendly and fast which was a nice touch as well. 1000% recommend!!

Big biscuits with lots of sandwich and topping options. They make them fresh non stop, so it can take some time to get your order. Great choice, and a tourist stop for sure!

Located in the Charleston City Market. Everyone was saying to try biscuits in Charleston. We wanted a little snack before going on a carriage ride of the city so it made sense to get them here. The line moved quickly and the staff were all friendly. I loved the biscuits and gravy. I suggest stopping in here when you are in Charleston.

My best friend and I had an absolute blast at Callie’s personal biscuit making class! My husband scheduled it via Airbnb for us!
From buttermilk classics to savory cheddar-herb, we rolled, mixed, and baked a variety of biscuits. We loved sampling each style and sharing giggles with Callie herself, whose warmth and expertise made every moment special. The hands-on instruction, cozy atmosphere, and delicious results created memories that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend for a fun, tasty treat and memories for a lifetime! ‍ ✨

If you are planning a visit to the Charleston Market, make sure you stop at Callie’s for a biscuit! As southern girl who has enjoyed many biscuits in my day, this was my first time I had one with cream cheese in the mix. I was a little skeptical at first but I was absolutely blown away by the taste and texture. I enjoyed every bite of my BEC biscuit. They have a ton of options and even small ones so you to enjoy a variety. Highly recommend! Right outside their spot, there are high top tables to sit and enjoy. You won’t be disappointed!

Was walking inside the market and saw this and got the goat cheese biscuit with strawberry fig jam and the jam was strong. Overall would buy again.

We found Callie’s searching for gluten free breakfast. They have gluten free biscuits, which can be made into sandwiches. It was a quality biscuit.

Excellent biscuits made into perfect little sandwiches. Had a sausage egg and pimento cheese biscuit with lemonade. Was made quickly, nice and hot, and tasted amazing.

Visited again after being there in 2018. The biscuits have really changed for the worse in the last 7 years. Pricing seems to be about the same but just look at the difference in the pictures. I didn’t get the exact same flavors for all 3 but still a huge difference visually. You probably wouldn’t know if you hadn’t been there before.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast in the market. We ordered the biscuit and gravy and the biscuit with pimento cheese and sausage. The biscuit sandwich completely fell apart, but the biscuit was moist and not dry. The sausage is microwaved, but tasted fine. The egg I truly didn’t like and just removed it. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was very thin, but the seasoning was nice. I’m glad I tried it, however it wouldn’t be something I chose in the future, but would eat it if someone gave it to me.
