I drove all the way from Blaine to get two biscuits and gravy a biscuit and chicken with cheese on it and I cinnamon resin biscuit and they didn’t even put my cinnamon raisin biscuit back in there there took on my receipt back up so I showed her that she didn’t put my cinnamon raisin biscuit in there with my receipt and told her I drove all away from Blaine and i told her they could give me another one and she started getting smart with me so I started getting smart with her and told her I don’t even want my money back now cuz I spent more gas money going back up there so I hope this review here hurt y’all bad cuz that’s sorry the workers want to be smart with somebody before u get smart with them the last time I ever go to Hardee’s in Rutledge I’ll go to Food City and make my own food before I go there

Quality of food is hit and miss. Normally, do to a variety on the menu and our weekly itinerary, we stop at this location once a week. Service is superior. Quality inconsistent breakfast sausage pattie can taste like a rubber puck. Randomly hamburgers as well.

Waited 15 minutes for my order of chicken tenders to then proceed to get the wrong order of a burger. The service sucked too, for five plus people working youd think they could coordinate better. But really the fault is on me because Hardees are consistently bad

Rhonda is one of the rudest workers in the establishment. You can hear her voice from the back talking about customers and to the employees. This is one of the shittiest experiences here and I wont be coming back. Above all this shouldn’t happen on Christmas Eve.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This location SUCKS. You can see their version of a loaded omelet biscuit and what the picture on their menu shows they don’t even compare. The frisco breakfast sandwich was horrible. It wasn’t even toasted. I went back around and demanded my money back. The RUDE employee snatched the bag from my hand tossed it in the trash and gave me my money back. No sorry, no nothing. They need to remember… We don’t need them but they need us!!!

And their screens were down today so you couldn’t see what they had to offer but you should know what Hardee’s has to offer and you can always look online. I have to say those are some of the best biscuits I’ve had in a while even from a Hardee’s as far as the quality of food it was good the people were friendly the service was fairly fast. I did order tomato on my biscuit and I forgot it but they gladly gave me another one. The restrooms are very clean.

Grabbed a quick lunch on the way to Treadway and love going to a Hardee’s that still has the small, hometown feel. Staff were jovial and helpful! Highly recommend!
