I was looking forward to my post gym meal being that it was my cheat day so I decided to go over to Burger King and have lunch, but unfortunately things did not go as planned. I was standing waiting to be attended to for 10 minutes while the workers just looked at me while putting away napkins, and other miscellaneous stuff that could have easily been put off for a few minutes to take my order. Feeling disrespected I just decided to leave since The workers were making it more than clear that they did not want to service customers. I try not to believe what I hear about certain businesses, but I’ve always heard bad things about this Burger King and this kind of just confirmed some of the things that I’ve heard. Perhaps a second looking needs to be taken at management as well as the people that they hire.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King Fall River location.
After being asked at the drive-thru window to park in the next spot because my order wasn’t ready, I followed the instructions without any issue.
Shortly after, a short female employee wearing glasses came to my car. She appeared to be in her late 20s to mid-30s. She spoke to me in a very harsh and unfriendly tone, telling me that next time she would not walk to the parking spot and that I should park closer.
Her attitude, facial expression, and tone were very unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since I was simply following the instructions given at the window.
This happened around [insert date and time], which should help management identify the situation.
Very disappointing experience.

The employees are rude and lazy. It’s the worse Burger King I’ve ever enter into. They actually said that they were sick and tired of people ordering the sponge bob meal right as I was ordering it. They left me with my order placed and never came back. The manager had to full my order. It was so disorganized in there. Never again will I ever go back.

Place is run horribly. Had to wait over 20 minutes because the manager kept telling staff she needed cheesy tots and for some reason they weren’t putting them in. Im a manager in fast food, you need to follow up “did that item go in”, no I was waiting for over 20 minutes. While she just stood with her back to a lobby full of upset customers all talking about how long it was waiting. Took the other girl forever to even greet customers, where I work we greet them in 10 seconds or less. Food was good and hot, service very very disappointing

Not very competent, but kind. Place was clean and food was just okay. A lot was wrong and had to be remade but at least they were nice about it.

first off the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and stunk horrible like a sewer . I then waited forever to get my order taken inside, once i got my food it was made incorrectly and the fries were cold. i advise to not waste your time coming to this location because the costumer service sucks and the food has poor quality and unclean.

Came in to pickup an order after placing on app and watched a young girl open my sandwich without gloves and lay on counter board. When she tried to serve it to me I asked for another and she threw up her hands in disgust and refused and I mean refuse to work with me in any way and she denied touching it (I watched her )When I asked manager for a refund I was told they have nothing to do with app and can’t issue refund.
