First time trying Biryani Express and it was so good! A new favorite Indian place in SA. I’ve gone to a few other spots but really found their tikka masala to be my favorite (partially eaten in photo). The garlic naan was EPIC! It was my first time trying biryani and the owner was so kind to walk me through each type and give me a recommendation. We did the Hyderabadi chicken one and it was so flavorful. The owners and staff were so kind. Shout out to Pooja for great service.

Had a great experience at this Biryani Express Today ! The food was amazing and full of authentic flavors. The Mutton Fry Biryani is a must-try — absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The Chennai Chicken 65 was crispy, flavorful, and super yummy. The recent renovation also looks beautiful and gives the place a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving great Indian food!

My husband and I ate here a couple of weeks ago and believe me, I have no stopped thinking about our mean. We picked Biryani Express based on previous reviews and pictures. We ordered the samosa, butter naan, butter chicken and lamb biryani. The food was absolutely delicious- some of the most flavorful I’ve ever had. The waitress was attentive and helpful. It appeared the restaurant was undergoing some minor remodeling but nothing that cause me to give anything less than 5 stars. We will be visiting again!

Very good food and nice service. The people here are very nice and it feels warm and cozy. If you want some good Indian food then I recommend this place. The Dosa here is perfect. (Didn’t get pictures because we devoured it as soon as we got it)

The price was not great. 53 dollars after tax for the items pictured felt steep but I was hungry and not in the mood for shopping around

What a surprise. I’m so glad I stopped here for lunch. The moment I heard the music and felt the vibe, I decided to eat in, and I’m happy I did. Everything was delicious and honestly transported me back to my adventures across India. The samosas were fresh and perfectly crisp, the biryani was spiced just right, and the tea tasted exactly like I remember. And fair warning: the portions are huge, fit for a king. Fantastic.

Biriyani Express has quickly become one of our family’s favorite spots! The staff are incredibly nice and patient, helping us figure out what to order and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I’ve already been there twice in less than a week with my whole family — and my young kids love the food too!
