The pictures below represent the chicken breast I received In my order today. I am trying to figure out where the actual meat is at? A slither of meat from a breast.

Extremely fast service. Chicken always hot and cooked perfectly. The cashier Ashley is always on point and making sure the drive thru is moving quickly. Never a long wait! Best Popeyes in Hammond.

Again we got burnt MILD chicken. Not spicy like we ordered. I think the pass off anything that is ready. Don’t bother to call the store because they NEVER answer. Call corporate and franchise owner Matt Hunt

My family came here around 5:15pm on March 23. I ordered a 6 piece of honey bbq wings. 2 out of 6 of the wings had sauce on them. I ate those 2 and realized that there wasn’t even enough sauce in the container for me to try shaking it up to coat the rest. Not to mention that if you go after 8:30pm they don’t ever have chicken tenders or nuggets and they say that they won’t be making anymore for the night even though they don’t close until 11pm every night. I never usually say anything. I just drive off and go somewhere else but now I have to find something else to eat because I couldn’t have what was advertised. These wings are nearly dry and that’s not ok.

I go here for lunch enough that I probably help keep the light bill paid. Ordering on the app is so convenient, and the service during lunch shift is unparalleled. Everyone here is always kind, and the food is always really good. Never had to wait in the drive thru line long at all either. This is the only local Popeyes I’ll go to.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. Food was all cold and chunky, and the chicken was very undercooked. Couldn’t eat anything except the cold biscuit

I was already “done” with going here, but with how close this location is to where I live and with my struggle to find any other food available at the time, I figured I’d give this place one more try.
I parked and entered the store and walked to the ordering station. A lady came walking up from behind the counter muttering something at me. I asked her “what was that?” and she said “online orders or drive through only you can’t order in here”. Even though I wasn’t shocked because they pick random days to often do this, I was tired of having to think “I wonder if I can order some food today if I’m lucky” from a restaurant inside. I simply asked her “Why?” because if they can ring me up from my car, why can they not ring me up in person face to face? She started talking so fast and aggressive that I didn’t even understand what she was saying. Something about “our register is down” or “we don’t have someone running register” or something and going on and on so I just turned around and said “alright” as I was leaving she said “Don’t come up in here with no attitude”.
Again, I’m not even surprised, which is the most shameful part of this whole experience. Easy to figure I will officially not show up here anymore, and don’t recommend anyone to go to this location, you’d be lucky if you even get food.

For the record, I never wrote a negative review in my life, and hope to never have to again. I stopped myself in the past from writing negatively about this place but this was it for me.

Things have really changed in the past 10 years, especially after COVID. Work ethics, respect, and standards have plummeted down drastically. I know it’s a fast food restaurant, but there are professional standards that need to be re taught. Restaurants just close whenever they feel like it, decide to only do drive through whenever they feel like it, always forget special requests like sauces or sides, talk back to customers, expect tips every single order, or whatever other nonsense. Get it together please.
