I specifically order (4) triple shots of espresso in trenta cups twice a week (unless I’m traveling). This saves me time bc I religiously have a triple shot of espresso with a protein shake EVERY DAY. I love this location because they NEVER refuse to give me my espresso in trenta cups and 99.9% of the time they know exactly what I am going to order. Other locations will blatantly argue with me and say they will only provide venti cups. I then have to order 4 unnecessary trenta cups of ice water. I can’t thank this Starbucks locations baristas enough for ALWAYS providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!

I don’t recommend the Starbucks I ordered a coffee every morning from different Starbucks, depending on which one but this one they always seem to make it really watered down and I have a stomach ache and feel nauseous every time we come to this one and I tell him not to put the plastic stopper in my drink and they continue to do it I try to hand it back and the lady said I don’t get to take things back cause it’s dirty and looked at me up and down. I will never go back to the Starbucks water down coffee. Triple shot should be much darker in color. I know I used to be a Batista.

Not sure what kind of “timer” BS Management is pressuring the employees with, but I’m pretty sure the whole point of the timer is to optimize service . Well, it’s really counterproductive of that goal when youre Employees are feeling so pressured by this timer that now they’re pressuring me and being rude to me to hurry up (even though I told her there was no one waiting behind me ) .But According to the employee, it’s because I’m messing up their timer , (by taking three whole minutes to order.) Like it would be faster if you didn’t come back to pester me every five seconds. Maybe make some recommendations…like u know actual customer service???There is one good employee there in the morning that runs the drive-through, The rest of the time service is subpar, mistakes are common. Done here! too many other coffee Options along my way to even deal with this place

Upon collecting a delivery order this morning, I encountered an issue where a beverage had spilled extensively within the delivery bag. While the cups appeared intact on the counter prior to bagging, it seems the lids were not securely fastened during the packaging process, leading to a significant leak. This resulted in the bottom of the bag becoming thoroughly saturated, and my hand was also covered in coffee while awaiting the customer. The packaging itself was also problematic; the tape was applied in a manner that caused it to peel off as the bag was handled because it was folded and taped, further complicating the delivery. The overall execution of the packaging was substandard and created considerable difficulty in resolving the situation.

A good size Starbucks off of the main road with ample parking for both cars and if you are towing. Most of the business is done via drive-thru so you’re not going to get quick service at the front counter. My experience was ordering an Americano with a very light splash of cream. It came extremely creamy. Too much so for my tastes. That being said of estretto Americano using blonde roast isn’t too bad!

I had called this Starbucks location on Wednesday November 5th, at 4:54pm to ask about a Hello Kitty X Starbucks launch and the lady told me yes but she does not know because they were not allowed to open the boxes. Then I called today, Thursday November 6th, at 5:59am and they answered and hung up on me, so I called back a minute later and the phone kept ringing. So I had went to the drive thru at 6:30am to find out that they had all been sold out. I was a bit upset because the place is rated a 4.2 and to get hung up on was very rude and not professional at all.
