i’ve been to this location a few times and your best bet is to go through the drive thru, dining in is the worst. you walk in and get completely ignored by the staff. it’s one thing if you’re in the middle of something but at least acknowledge my presence instead of awkwardly glance at me and then pretend you didn’t see me. and it’s a very open view to the kitchen and you can see the staff taking their sweet sweet time ignoring you. not a single sense of urgency anywhere. and then you wait extra long for your food because like i said, if it’s not drive thru they don’t care.

Ordered a 3 pc. Big box meal . 2 drums 1 thigh extra crispy. Added an extra drum.
When I got home I had I drum and a thigh. Paid for 3 pc, plus extra cost for the additional drum. Tried calling the store and no one answered. Called 3 times. No where on the website does it show to contact them. Also waited 10 minutes for the extra crispy to be cooked. Poor service .

Paid $12.50 for two chicken legs, large Mountain Dew and a biscuit. One of a Pieces of chicken was raw. Also, the chicken is so much smaller and taste so different than what KFC originally started out. I would be surprised if KFC is still in business within two years

The KFC app is garbage. Not the stores fault. The app doesnt transmit orders in a timely manner and at pick up they then get the order to process ans its another 30 min wait. Kfc app is trash. Manager is kind amd understanding.

The lobby was nice & clean inside. All the employees were clean & dressed appropriately. They were also very friendly. The customer service very good. Last but not least, the food came out in a timely manner, was hot, & tasted very good. Prices were about the same as you’d find anywhere else so it didn’t cost anymore to eat here than anywhere else.

We stopped by while we were out shopping and ordered some food. We ordered a 16pc meal, a kids meal and an extra Mac and cheese. Spent right at $70. We didn’t expect perfection but we at lease expected all our food. We were missing a large Mac n cheese. Called the store and they said I can come grab another one. Excellent customer service. We opened the bucket of chicken and it was a bucket of pasty soggy slimy chicken. Half the skin had fallen off and the batter was just slop. It was disgusting. We ordered half original and half crispy and we got all soggy raw looking and falling apart chicken. Not crispy or even browned fried chicken. The chicken looked so horrible that we decided not to go back for the missing side of Mac n cheese as we decided just to not even eat the food. $70 wasted. It’s literally sitting in the bag in the trash can. We can’t even bring ourselves to eat the chicken it’s so soggy and just disgusting looking. So disappointed in this experience. Make sure to check your food before you leave and hopefully your chicken doesn’t look like this.

Ordered a bucket of chicken and two extra breasts, was shorted two pieces in the bucket, breasts were raw. Even the breading was still white, and dripping oil. Corn was chewy. Worst experience at any KFC. Will not be back. Positive note, the biscuits were great.

The place was empty when we arrived, no wonder. The food was not good. Waited to be served at the counter while the staff talked in the back area. They looked and saw me a few times before coming round to serve me. I will not be back due to the food taste and quality. Also expensive. I use KFC in the UK frequently and never have a problem as the food is always constantly good and value for money.

Ordered chicken. Got home it was soggy, undercooked, batter just fell off. Called to get it replaced, was told if it’s busy they don’t let the chicken drain and it goes straight into a box. But I was the only customer there so I’m not sure about that. Drove 55 mins round trip to get it replaced, and got home and it was just as bad. Called back up and they tried to tell me the original is like that….. ya ok. The chicken wings looked like something I never seen before. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
