The staff is absolutely incredible! We had the best experience! The service was quick, the staff was beyond kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The sandwiches were hot and fresh and drinks perfectly customized to order. Will come back, the best Starbucks I’ve been to!

I dont like how the prepare the coffe and matcha, it is so watery! The Frappuccino was more waterccino! The place is nice, good location. It is just the drinks and they are also slow! I ordered my drink and I had been waiting for 15 min , they were not busy, and one of the staff asked me “did you order already?”. Because I was sitting with my computer, I dont know if she was think that I will be sit down at there without buying any drink! So I dont know! Maybe, they prepare others drink better! After experiencing considerable emotional distress and significant grief due to the blatant racism exhibited by this particular store at its specific location, I was unexpectedly greeted with a smiling face for the first time, a person who happened to be Caty. She was extremely welcoming, attentive, kind, and courteous. This stands in contrast to some of the other employees at this location, who seem to deliberately make customers feel uncomfortable. my ratings are only for caty! not this particular location

Visited Starbucks today and I received astonishing hospitality from Alicia.
Alicia exemplifies tact, poise, and patience. It was so refreshing and mood brightening just from our 5 minute interaction. Alicia posseses the interpersonal skills to take her far in life and potentially Starbucks given the opportunity. Alicia keep up the hard work it will never go un-noticed .

Prefer this location over the other one nearby as the staff is always polite & greet you even when it’s busy. If something is off, they try to mend it. Checked out of curiosity, and a certain one is what prompted me to leave a review because it wasn’t accurate nor correct to rewrite what happened, a few days ago in the drive-thru line, this customer was already being aggressive in her tone while ordering, and while one of the staff was trying to discern what her concern was, she became more hostile and threatened to come inside to “solve” the issue then proceeded to call one of the employees a slur and use profanity. I was utter shock, there were others who heard her as well. In case something occurred, I was ready to record but she drove off quickly after the customer in front of her left from the line. I do not understand how some people have no accountability, feel fine to say very unnecessary hateful things towards people and rewriting what actually happened. I hope whomever she said it towards understands some people have evil in their heart and take it out on others and does not reflect you as a person.

The Starbucks experience was decent. The coffee was good, but the service was a bit slow during peak hours. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for studying, but it can get crowded. Overall, a solid spot!

My daughter and I had a terrific outing to this relatively new Starbucks location. The manager on duty was working hard restocking merchandise, meeting with an employee, and grooving to 90’s music. Our drinks were perfect. I was dreading using the restroom, but it was actually very clean. I will be back!

I recommend this location vs the other star bucks in laurel close to Wendy’s. The staff are friendly and the wait time is fair. The only con I have 3 out of 5 times the ice coffee isn’t fully shaken or blended. Seen like sometimes they rush to make the drinks. It’s no judgement on my part. I understand the restaurant can become busy and the staff is doing the best that they can. I still recommend and I will continue to support this location
