Was impressed at how quick the service is here! My dinner was delicious, and the server was so welcoming. I was definitely impressed. The tomato bisque is absolutely delicious – and the reason I will continue to return.

We visited famoso after checking their menu it was really great. The truffle parmesan wings were a standout—the rich, earthy truffle flavor paired beautifully with the sharpness of the parmesan. The accompanying dip complemented the wings perfectly, enhancing the overall taste .
We also tried the BBQ Chicken Pizza. While it was enjoyable, it didn’t quite match the exceptional quality of the wings—perhaps our expectations were set high after such a delightful appetizer. The drinks we ordered were quite good as well, rounding out our meal nicely. Overall, it’s a fantastic pizza spot in Abbotsford’s Highstreet Shopping Centre, and we look forward to returning.

EXCELLENT. Vibes are always good. Highly recommend as top food spot at High Street. Food is always good, never a miss. Cappuccinos are great, fave is meatball sandwich-impeccable every time, Gelato & Tiramisu is fantastic best Cesar salad, pizza is always amazing.

We have been to this pizza place three times now and continue to be impressed! The pizza is fantastic, full of flavour and the sauce is excellent. Toppings always seem fresh. The wine and beer selection is not huge but certainly enough variety to complement our meal. Our only concern was the server’s knowledge of wines and beers needs a bit of improvement but her enthusiasm and the way she welcomed us was perfect. So highly recommended to anyone visiting the shopping centre on High Street, or want to come to a nice, quiet and relaxing place for lunch!

Best Neapolitan pizza in High street Mall, we ordered Bruschetta and Veggie Pizza. They have some Indian pizza as well. Example- butter chicken pizza and tandoori paneer pizza. Kalamato olives were yum.
Drinks are good too. We ordered Margaritas.
Don’t buy their Gelato though because its walmart just ice cream not real Gelato.

We have the prawn pesto pizza for the 2 people. It’s a really good deal these days for 30 bucks. I would highly recommend.

Probably the worst lunch I’ve had in recent memory. Half size Caesar was a small soup bowl of about 3/4 cup of romaine, chopped up small and very brown. Dressing tasted like what I buy in the supermarket. I added the $2 “flatbread”. Plated on a white plate, it was basically half a pita-type bread, warmed up with garlic and oil. It tasted like when I try to revive 4 day old bread from my kitchen counter in The microwave. When I questioned if this was the way the flatbread should look and taste, I was offered garlic toast. Strike 3– a basic white sub bun, smothered in something orange that looked like popcorn flavouring. I picked through that dry bread just to stop the hunger pangs. Fortunately the server was super sweet and friendly. But Not the food server, who kept placing in front of the wrong person And serving over the Bulkhead side of the table. It wasn’t even busy so I’m not sure what the deal was. I don’t like to complain about the privilege of eating out, but I will not be returning. Wished I’d taken a photo. Shoulda had the pizza!

Just to be clear, those photos aren’t all from the same sitting! I tried the pizzas that were for the fall season. They were all lunch specials, and I found them to be equally delicious and just the right size with the salad. It’s a little filling with the soup, but if you’re on a low GI diet or something, ordering a soup and salad is the way to go. That tomato bisque is really nice. If you don’t care about GI, go for their pizza. My favourite will always be the margherita, but it was worth it to be a bit adventurous. So far I have not had room for dessert.

Famoso is always a solid and reliable restaurant. Good pizza, way better than most places. I’ve never been disappointed here.

First time here with my toddler. My server was a young Indian lady who was very kind and super understanding to my child. She was very attentive to my child which was so sweet of her. Good thing is they had a kids menu too. We enjoyed our time and meal. The icing was the server and we will return again.
