Stopped here randomly, you can definitely tell it’s a locals spot. Old decor & dimly lit but the beer was cold & at a great price. Keep in mind this is a smoking bar in case that bothers you. Also they have a dart board and pool table to pass the time.

This is a ok neighborhood bar as long as you have the right bartender, my drinks on New Years eve was water down and my rum and coke was served in a beer mug. I ended up spend 50.00 for my party of 10 but left after one drink. I found another bar a few blocks away that had a better atmosphere.

Fantastic little spot. Drinks are cheap, regulars are friendly, and the whole place evokes an earlier, simpler time. Ken himself makes late night appearances, and he’s a real pistol. Place feels like a night from 1973. Highly recommended for connoisseurs of the dive bar lifestyle.

I dont know how this place is during the week days but I go when the DJ is there, it’s a fun time but the smoke in there from people smoking in there is enough to choke a horse. Dont wear your good clothes or it will be covered by cigarette smoke. They have to get a air filter system in there..

It is what you expect. I just love that there is still small town places like that where people that are struggling accept and are making the best to do what they got to do to get ahead I have a drink while doing it. For real though I think the place is really cleaning up from what I’ve heard about it. I say this very nicely but I was expecting lowlifes and it to be trashy and I didn’t get that of it at all

Ken’s is a great corner bar( not really on corner) other night it was packed poker machines hitting ,juke box jamming,good pool players for anyone who want’s a challenge atm, air hockey

I just think that the owners could be a little more professional when they have to talk to someone about a problem or a serious problem. It doesn’t matter, it’s nobody’s business but the person who’s in trouble. It’s just not professional in my eyes how u get yelled at n made right in front of every customer in the bar. I think they should take u on the side, but no, I’m sorry they make it everyone’s business ur business. I just don’t think that’s professional as owners. In factory’s nobody know’s what’s going on when u get called in the office, UNDERSTAND??? Im not looking for no trouble, I’m just voicing my opinion if that’s ok without getting kicked out or yelled at. It voids arguments with customers if u know what I’m talking about
