OMG I’m in love with the Cascadia margarita pizza & BBQ wings. The wings are huge & flavorful. The Cascadia Margarita Pizza has the best flavor. Just the right crust. It’s Christmas Eve, they’re in good moods, having fun, great environment. Oh and this holiday beer, Snow globe is cranberry flavored with sparkles ✨ Yes please, I’ll have another.

Pizza is delicious every time. Store is clean, great customer service. Bought two bottles of One Tree Hard Cider to take home also delicious. I got the small Buckley my husband customized his pizza and really enjoyed his pizza. Definitely recommend.

Wow—this place is a hidden gem. Can’t believe it took us this long to visit. The staff is incredible. Luke greeted us right away, walked us through the giant wall menu, offered beer samples, and cooked our pizza and wings in the wood-fired oven. The pizza was perfect—crispy base, thin dough, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of flop. The wings were cooked perfectly in EVOO with your choice of sauce. We’ll absolutely be recommending this spot and will 100% be back.

Not from here but needed a quick dinner- they were fast, kind, and the pizza was amazing! I’ve been to Italy twice, and this pizza is comparable! I got the Nona. Service was great, staff were friendly, and we got our pizza fast!

My wife and I make a trip to the area yearly and try to look for new and unique experiences from year to year. We sure found a gem in Cascadia Pizza Co.!!! The manager on duty was so welcoming and helpful. Learning it was our first time there, he was kind enough to walk us through the process and comp us a cheesey garlic bread for our first time dining there.
Shane brought us our pizza and immediately apologized that my pizza was overcooked, to their standards. Despite being completely ok with the way it was cooked, Shane ensured me another pizza was already in the oven and would be out shortly at no additional cost.
The service didn’t stop there… every interaction with the crew was so customer focused, ensuring we were well taken care of. Highly impressed!!!
The food??? I’ve gone on so much about the service, how could I forgotten the food? THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! The ingredients shine throughout. I had the Berkeley; my wife, the tried and true pepperoni. The dough, which was confirmed, is made in house.
Thoroughly impressed from start to finish. We look forward to joining you again in the future!

Pizza was delicious, randomly stopped in cuz a train had a pull apart , went into emergency and blocked the crossing for over 25 min. Glad it did that cuz I popped in here to eat and I have no regrets. I’ll definitely be back in the future

Went to the Rathdrum Cascadia Pizza for the first time today. Had 3 different Piizas and they were all equally amazing! Great service! And brought my Fiance a pizza we didn’t order just because his “eyes lit up” at the mention of Spicy BBQ sauce! Kristina, Kris and Keith were great. Checked in us and made sure we were enjoying every bite!
