Very good food! The walnut croissant was very good, as well as the walnut chocolate fudge was delicious!
Yet there was a couple problems.
There was only around 1/10 of the amount of food and choices they displayed at the bakery, then the pictures show here.
There was also no place to sit inside, and no bathrooms whatsoever.
Overall, very good food here, perfect if you want takeout.

Visited the Cafe by the museum overlooking the docks. My wife and i enjoyed an iced Chai latte, cappuccino and the best key lime pie we’ve ever had! A fantastic treat on the porch. We would give it more stars if we could. A 10 out of 10. We highly recommend!

A quiet little bakery off of the main path. The pastries are phenomenal and I’m sure the food is just as great. My group all ordered various croissants before our trip home and we raved about them for our entire flight. Go early, you won’t be disappointed!

OMG!!! I’ve been here 13 years and I’ve never gone here… I have been missing out! I’m on a mission to try new things and decided to pop in on this cute little place. I ended up ordering an Italian sandwich. Let me tell you it was divine. If you’re ever in town go there I ordered dessert ( the OMG Brownie) as well and it was awesome. I think I found a new favorite spot.

Old Town Bakery is a true gem in Key West.
The coffee was excellent, and the baked goods were outstanding, not just the usual deep-fried tourist pastries, but real baked items that actually taste like they came out of a proper bakery.
The sandwiches were also excellent. The only thing we would have done differently was ask for them to be wrapped for travel, since we were taking them along on an excursion. By lunchtime things had shifted around a bit. Mine had sun-dried tomatoes and olive oil, which was delicious, but the oil had soaked into the bread by the time we ate it, making it a little messy.
Still, the flavor was fantastic, and it was one of the best casual food stops we found in Key West.

An American Patriot
On vacation in the Keys and we found this gem! We had a cheese danish and a peach danish and both were outstanding! Super fresh with flaky, light pastry. We got there early, about 10am, and still many things to choose from. Husband says the coffee was very good and he is a coffee snob 🙂

Nice local grab and go place. Danishes are delicious, curry chicken sandwich was a little dry but great flavor. Which they would matchstick cut the apples to be easier to eat. Breakfast burrito best protein option, but felt like a lot of tortilla to filling ratio. Good coffee too. Only a bench outside, so recommend taking it Togo. Would return and try the , guava pastry was super flake, wish it was bigger and had cream cheese.

What a cute place!! Service was great! Staff super friendly and kind. Atmosphere felt like a place that I already know and loved. The pastries were sooo good!

Pretty ok! The breakfast burritos were small (but tasty!) and the croissant sandwiches were very greasy. The coffee is pretty good, but the wait time (40 mins) is the real kicker here. Also we had to sit in the abandoned patio across the road because they only have a small bench to sit on and it was always full. Another case, like Moon Dog, where it felt like being there for the sake of it. 5 brothers was way better!
