The last three times I’ve came here I have received an incorrect order. This time was funny because y’all gave me the marinara for my mozzarella sticks that you replaced with a fry lmao. Also y’all that lazy you can’t read the ticket when it says no tomato? I don’t like tomatoes and you have an option for no tomato but it seems like every time I go, I end up with tomatoes.

1st of all we waited for about 5mins at the counter while the girl in charge was more interested in talking to the boss that was there that day. If he was married, did he have kids,etc. Then I paid for onion and lettuce on 2 sandwiches. Not sure why, but got charged extra on the 2 for 7 deal. I.E. see pictures. If you pay extra for an item should tnu receive it? Got about 5 shreds of lettuce and 2 small onions. See picture!

I went to the one on Wrst Tusc in Canton. They were extremely busy and everyone was rocking it out. The flow was great. There might’ve been some customers mad because they were having bad days but the person whom I assumed was the manager handled it great the staff handled it great the and the one person that worked there just looked at me and knew I needed a drink carrier. They gave me what I asked for and the person switched out my fries no problem .I didn’t even need to ask. this Arby’s is awesome thank you for the great service and food.

Arbys on Atlantic BLVD is the best, sucks that I live in SW
White Cheddar Mac feels hot when you hold the bowl but it’s actually cold smh. They should have figured that shit out before it hit the menu again and then when you call They want you to come back for a replacement on something that they don’t cook or check the temps properly on. That’s irritating and an inconvenience. All these fast food places. I wish they would shut all these places down. Especially on the SW side of Canton. They’re all TRASH. it’s crazy to have to run all the way over to the other side of town to get food from the same places but different locations. I’m so tired of trash food.

Terrible Service, Very rude and unprofessional employees. I stood at the counter for literally 10 minutes and was Not acknowledged at all. Then when I asked if I could get help, the Older lady at the front counter responded “well you have to say something if you want me to help you” The store manager ,Jade supported the rude employee and yelled out for me to just leave and “have a nice day” in a very condescending way. Needless to say I will NEVER spend my money here. And hopefully something is done about this terrible “customer service”
