Came here with wife, friends, our 1.5 year old, and my friends 2 kids. The location is huge, with indoor and outdoor seating, multiple bars, and clean bathrooms. We tried several beers, I liked the seasonal gose and Pilsner. We got the hummus, shrimp cocktail, a pizza and my buddy got the salmon. All the food was great including the kids pizza and pasta. Our Greek pizza was unique and delicious, the salmon was great and so was the Thai salad. I also tried a small Caesar salad which was refreshing. Our server was very attentive, I would definitely come again, a beautiful farm with hiking paths is right behind this location. Great spot for kids for an afternoon lunch.

08/22/25 12:35PM, Best Margherita pizza I’ve had here in the dozen+ orders of it over the last 1-2 years.
Perhaps unintentional (different takeaway box, charred), but for me a notable improvement of an already very good pizza, to my taste.

I was introduced to this restaurant by a colleague who raved about their great beer selection. We arrived at the restaurant around 5:30 PM, and there were plenty of available tables, so no reservation was necessary. While I’m not a beer aficionado, I was impressed by the diverse beer options they offered.
According to my boss’s feedback, the beer here deserves a solid 4-star rating. As for my meal, I opted for the Fried Jerk Chicken Sandwich. It was undeniably tasty, although not unique enough to make me a regular visitor.
The standout feature of this establishment is its friendly and attentive service. The staff consistently checked in on us, ensuring we had enough beer and everything else we needed. If you’re a beer enthusiast with knowledge in the field, this place is definitely worth a visit. However, if your main focus is great food without a particular emphasis on beer, you might find other options in the area more to your liking.
One distinctive aspect of this restaurant is the visible beer brewing room. It’s like having an open kitchen but instead, it’s an open beer brewing room. It adds an interesting element to the dining experience.

Sarah, our server, was top notch! Beer was quite good the barleywine and ESB was great! Wings were ok and pizza crust was perfectly cooked per order but pulled chicken on pizza was mostly dark meat.

After going to a friend’s sugar house, we headed to Sebago for lunch. Warm inside, after being outside in the cold temps with the wind. Comfortable table by the window. We settled in and ordered a Caesar salad with steak, a Thai salad with shrimp and I had a Resolution salad. Loved the straws are upcycled from Fish Straw!

The waitress didn’t offer my husband anchovies, too much of the lack-of-taste center of Romaine lettuce was included, and there wasn’t enough dressing. The steak was super salty, like the kitchen was overcompensating for an okay cut of meat. My daughter’s Thai salad was flavorful, lots of great veggies and shrimp was tasty. Not enough dressing. The Resolution salad I had was amazing. I didn’t add a protein, the goat cheese with cashews, sweets, baby kale, and cranberry dressing – perfect!

My biggest issue is when the server puts an entree (this time it was mine) in the center of the table and in doing so, reaches over another member of the party. There was plenty of room for her to walk around the table to put the plate in front of where I was sitting.

Our server, not the one who brought our meals, took too long to check on us. There was no salt and pepper on the table so I flagged down a different gal who brought me shakers. Yikes, where’s the fresh cracked pepper?

Great beer selection, great food, the bartender was great. They have a few different things that you don’t see every day.Such as beet fries. Which were fantastic. I’ve been there a few times this time I chose a salad. That’s not common for me, but it was great with homemade dressing. I’m not from the area but when i’m in town on work. This is a sure thing.

Went here while visiting some friends in Portland and we all got the burgers (at the recommendation of our friend) and they did not disappoint! Price was pretty reasonable too. We called ahead and ordered and then just stopped inside to pick it up so can’t speak to the atmosphere but the service was quick and the hostess was friendly! Would definitely recommend eating here if you’re in the area!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome gathering in the brewery this past weekend! It was INCREDIBLE from beginning to end! Every single one of our 100+ guests commented on how great it was and everyone loved the “cool, trendy” atmosphere of being in the brewery! The food (we did appetizers, plated dinners, pizzas and pretzels) was DELICIOUS, the beer was great and the service was EXCELLENT/top notch!! Katie was amazing and helpful and so great to work with! I recommend this restaurant 100%!

Spent a relaxing late morning and afternoon visiting Mike and Leigh at their home, when we visited a local Micro Brewery & Tasting Room at 616 Main Street, Gorham, Main.

Mike ordered the “3 Little Pigs Pizza made with House Tomato Sauce, Cheese Blend, Nitrate Free Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Bacon.

Leigh’s choice was the Sebago Margherita Pizza made with EVOO, Cheese Blend, Oven Roasted Tomatoes,, Fresh Basil and Fresh Mozzarella..

My choice was the Spicy Muthah Clukah Pizza made with Garlic Cream, Banana Peppers, Fried Chicken, Jalapenos, Cheese Blend and Hot Honey Drizzle…

Kit decided to try the “Soup of the Day” which was a Creamy Potato Cheese Burger Bowl of soup.

All of the pies were baked in a very large stainless steel domed wood burning pizza oven that provided us with well baked hot pizza with good char to the undercarriage of the crust and the perfect crispness and soft fluffy outer crust ring with good texture and taste.

The fresh ingredients, taste and presentation would compete well with any New Jersey or New York Pizza I have eaten…

To balance the whole experience were the cold and great tastes from the Pints that we had with our pizzas.

My 2 pints were Runabout Red and Slick Nick

Mike enjoyed Frye’s Leap IPA x 2

and Leigh had 2 Pints of STREETS OF ROME..

Everything was very delicious and filling.

None of us could eat another bite but I did take back to the Hotel a piece of the Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding to rewarm in the microwave…

The dessert was very delicious after rewarming for 30 seconds, but the portion was small, maybe 3″ x 3″ x 1.5″ for $10.00

Most other Bread Pudding are 4 or 5 inches for the width with a thickness of 3 to 4 inches

What I ordered was very good, but it also took me a very long time to find something on the menu that I wouldn’t have to alter during my ordering. I was hoping to find similar items to the other Sebago Brewing locations I’ve visited, but none of my favorites were here. It is also worth mentioning that they have mostly pub height seating and a few picnic table style benches as well; all are wooden and flat, so not the most comfortable option for old grumpy guys like me.
