Plenty of free parking, which is super convenient. Burgers are decent and exactly what you’d expect from Culver’s. Staff were friendly and service was good. Tried the custard ice cream — nice flavor, though a little too thick for my personal taste. Overall, a solid stop if you’re in the area.

Well for starter let’s just say I thought fast food restaurants and customers service was not a thing!

But let’s talk about this AMAZING young lady that went beyond the duties of a typical sever. FARRAH was professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. THANK YOU FARRAH!!!!!!

It was a very long waiting line for the drive through. Order , pull up and wait. I had to go in to ask for my order and they said they already brought it out…. Which is believable because they offered me someone else’s order while in the waiting que.

My recent visit to Culver’s was a fantastic experience that confirmed why I’ve been a longtime fan. I’ve tried just about everything on their menu over the years—from salads and sides to their famous burgers and concrete mixers and I have to say, the Mushroom Swiss sandwich is my personal favorite. The one at this location is consistently the best I’ve ever had.

Speaking of consistency, the Concrete Mixers are, without a doubt, one of the best high-quality desserts you can find at a fast-casual restaurant. But what really sets this specific Culver’s apart is the overall experience. The restaurant is immaculately clean, with no trash on the floor, spotless tables free of drink stains, and very well-maintained bathrooms. On top of that, the staff is genuinely kind and courteous, making every visit a pleasure and the food taste even better.

While this location maintains the same high standards you’d expect from any Culver’s, it truly excels in its own right. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal, a quick bite, or just a great place to eat out.

I can see from reading the reviews that the customer service has been horrible for many and appears to be the culture of this restaurant. The management and team members at this location need to receive extensive training in customer service. It is unbelievable that this restaurant carries the Culver’s name – I am totally appalled with the rudeness and disrespect exhibited during three of my visits. The culture of this Culver’s is not what I have experienced at any other Culver’s – staff have always been nice, respectful, and accommodating. Mr. Waller (Owner) you should check in with your staff.

Update – I was able to speak with a manager at the store about my concern – she was so pleasant and apologetic – I feel much better that she understood my frustration and was very caring.

Arrived and ordered at 6:48. 5-6 before and after me received their order while I had to wait for the Fish and steering be caught, dressed, prepped. Cooked and delivered, abd after all that ‘inedible (Butterburger & fish sandwich and chili that came w/o crackers and the gish on a dried out Hard bun and NO or very bottle Tarta Sauce. NO Xtra condiments In the Bag for $22.36)
I still had to cook after waiting a very long time with NO reason why.

Their burgers Do Not look like tge picture. I could not see my burger with cheese over it as pictured. My meat. If that’s what it was, it looked like a bar tenders cork coaster. Where’s the Burger in these Burgers?
I don’t slather my food with condiments, so you can imagine what I was looking at. Total waste of travel time (3 miles) and gas, not to mention money. Highly disappointed.

Went to the Doty Road location. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a bacon double burger basket. That was correct. Ordered double cheese burger with everything lettuce tomatoes pickles and grilled onions ketchup mustard mayo basket. my burger only had grilled onions pickles a spit of ketchup and mustard. I had to dress my burger when I got home. Glad I had lettuce tomato and mayo at home. Not the first time I have been disappointed with this location. I keep trying though. It just shouldn’t be this way. You pay for convenience to have a meal prepared and still have to prepare it. And the fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked in old grease so maybe not fresh fries. Yeah just disappointed.

I love this place! My nail tech is the best. Been coming here over a year now! So friendly and welcoming. They don’t have nasty attitudes towards customers. All the customers love them! Please try them ut, you won’t be disappointed!

Went in for cement mixers at about 9:30. Asked to use bathroom. Security guard says that it is being cleaned. Employee finishes cleaning it and leaves. I ask again if I can use it. Security guard first says no but says for me to ask assistant manager who is standing there. When I tell her that the employee has finished cleaning it, she says, “So that it can just get messed up again.” Huh? I ask, “Pardon me?” She turns her back to me, waves her right arm up and down and yells, ” Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead.” Culver’s isn’t cheap. I can get good food across the street at Chick Fil A, next door at Potbelly or a block away at McDonald’s without being treated poorly. If they’re worried about sanitation, maybe they should have had the woman who made my cement mixers change her gloves after she took my money and before she started handling my dessert.
