Some kid in a black carharrt sweatshirt was working the window tonight. Airpods in, didn’t say a word. As someone who has worked in customer service for years and still does, his attitude sucked. Idk if this was the same kid on headset but if so, couldn’t even hear him talk, only mumbled. He shouldn’t be on window if he can’t say a word to a customer. 10 minutes in drive through and there was barely anyone in line. Kid needs some training or a new job.

A little slow on service – likely understaffed. The interior is of newer design. Problem is the newer design is very bland. It’s not very inviting and many of the tables were dirty. If you compare a new McDonald’s store to a Chic-Fil-A, you will definitely notice the difference in appeal. O just wanted to finish eating as soon as I could. Perhaps that’s what McDonald’s wants.

This McDonalds needs to be shut down. The service is EXTREMELY slow. I ordered a few items off the menu and it took 23 minutes to make. At one point there was no employee working the counter for roughly 10 minutes; a line gathered of 6 people. A lady asked for an employee at the counter to which she was ignored. I asked for assistance at the counter, a manger looked at me and then turned around. They said they were short staffed but there was almost 7 people in the kitchen, and two of them were in the far back joking around. The food is ALWAYS wrong or sloppy as well. NEVER come here, save your money.
UPDATE:
I returned to this location, it is EXTREMELY dirty. The floors appear to have not been mopped in at-least a week, every table has ketchup and other food left over on it, and there are flys everywhere. I would say it’s most certainly a fly infestation. This restaurant is poorly managed and probably not up to health code. There are people coughing in the kitchen. I am in pure disgust.

Ordered a large iced vanilla latte, there was no vanilla in it AT ALL. Ice was melted and not full to where it should be. So disappointed

I visited this McDonald’s earlier today and was honestly surprised by my experience. The manager was very friendly, and we had a nice little conversation. Even though it was busy, I appreciated the excellent customer service and the friendliness of the staff. I will have to say it wasn’t the best food in the world, but I enjoyed the food and the time spent at McDonald’s

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a slower, more poorly managed McDonald’s in my life. They constantly get orders wrong and have the absolute worst service. Been waiting in line for 30 min and still not up to the window. If I could post 0 stars I would.
