Went here for the first time. It was a little before lunch ended. We got Seated very quickly. Our waitress who will not be named sat a basket of chips and a thing of dip at the table without saying anything. Came back a few minutes later and asked for our drink and food order. We ordered the ACS and the fajitas. Anytime we said thank you to this waitress she was silent, not even a “you’re welcome.” The food came quickly and it was hot and delicious. I literally heard the same waitress being very talkative and polite to everyone else she was serving. This made the atmosphere pretty uncomfortable. Although the food was delicious, idk if I would come back because it seemed everyone else got the polite side of the waitress and we got another side.

We went for lunch during a non peak time to avoid the crowds. There was not a lot of people in the restaurant. It took forever for someone to come to our table. Slow on water refills and overall service. We had to track down our waitress a couple of times. Food was good and the portions were generous. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Not sure the food was good enough to offset the service.

The atmosphere is definitely pretty cool. The service has been consistently good when I have eaten here. I really like the Margarita flight. It’s fun to sample before committing to a full margarita. I have to eat gluten free. I am comfortable ordering the tacos (specify corn tortillas). I do wish the tacos were a bit better. I have tried most of them and with a couple exceptions they all kind of taste the same. They aren’t actually bad they just don’t meet the expectations set by the rest of the experience. All in all I like this place would suggest to friends that can order from the whole menu.

We recently ordered takeout from Don Beto’s Tacos y Tequila, and while we were excited to try it, the experience left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. First off, the price of the meal was $80, which had us expecting a much higher quality and larger portion sizes. Unfortunately, the portions were smaller than anticipated, especially given the cost.
I ordered the ACP, and while it did have a nice flavor, the chicken was a bit dry and didn’t quite hit the mark for me. For the price, I was hoping for something more satisfying. My sidekick had a rather unpleasant surprise when they found a large piece of chicken skin in their meal, which was quite off-putting. It’s one of those things that you don’t expect from a restaurant at this price point.
We also got a taco appetizer, and while some of the tacos were decent, a few were noticeably dry. It wasn’t horrible, but for the price and what we received, it just didn’t feel like a great value.
I’m not sure if it was an off night or if they were just really busy, but the overall experience didn’t live up to our expectations. I’m hesitant to say I wouldn’t try them again, but I’d certainly hope for a better experience next time, especially considering the price.

I’ve eaten at Don Beto’s in the past and had great tacos, which is why today was such a letdown. The tacos I got today were awful—the meat texture was completely off and the taste was honestly inedible.
What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled. I’m not someone who complains, but after I mentioned the issue, my waitress took the food to the kitchen where it seemed to be laughed off and dismissed. It felt like I was being treated as the problem instead of the food itself.
I’ve been hearing recently that this location’s food quality has gone downhill, but I still decided to give it a chance because of the Taco Tuesday special. Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed and with a bad taste in my mouth. Although I did manage to get a refund for 1 of of the 3 tacos I won’t be returning anytime soon!

This place is pretty great. The flavor and seasoning is awesome and they seem to always use high quality meat that isn’t full of cartilage or grissle, whatever you wanna call that rubbery crap that ends up in cheap cuts if meat, it isn’t on these plates. The salsa is a little weak but I understand they gotta make it tolerable for the gringos

I visited with family over the weekend and had a shrimp, mahi, and chicken tinga tacos ($4/each). The chicken taco had the most flavor and was the best in my opinion. The shrimp taco had I believe 3 medium-sized shrimp on it. Thought maybe it should have another given the price. Spouse had the macho burrito and it came with rice and salad. Everything tasted fine, but a little underwhelming. We’ll definitely come back when out with family, but will try something different on the menu. The restaurant itself is lovely with beautiful murals on the walls.

We were looking to grab dinner and found this place. The hostess had a wonderful personality, and the greeting was nothing shorter than excellent. The cheese sauce was just that, I had to mix it with my salsa to get something of a Queso. The food looked nice, but that was it. It had no taste, the shrimp were prepared nicely and the avocado was fresh but the steak was nothing just meat. I was underwhelmed and a little dish. I really wanted to like the food but I am so sorry, I didn’t.

The worst “Mexican” food I’ve ever had. Lunch carne asada was clearly leftover and reheated. Rice: dry, hard and did not taste fresh. Carne: dry, leftover taste, huge piece of fat not even trimmed before cooking. Beans: watery, no seasoning and no flavor at all. Straight from a can. Agua fresca: watery, from a mix.
It’s obvious there is no effort at all in the kitchen. Service was ok. Empty on a Friday at lunch and I see why.

Ordered the crazy taco salad ground beef without the shell.
The beef was too salty. It tasted like they seasoned the beef and then added salt.
The salad was extremely small for the cost.
My friend got the same salad with chicken in the bowl. It was half full!
