The sandwiches here are delicious. The 12 in is a pretty good size if you are like me amd like to eat half today and half the next day. For the price it’s a good deal for two lunches.

The service was exactly that. Just service. They weren’t rude, just not real friendly. I almost feel like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. I get it. We all have those days and since this was my first venture into McAllister’s I will wait until next time to decide if it deserves more stars. Everyone is entitled to a off day every now and then.

The delivery had ample seating, was clean and welcoming. You sent yourself after ordering and they bring your food to you.

Overall I would give it an average of 3 . Maybe next time we will be having a good day?

The staff is very nice. Food is ok. Restrooms were nasty. Sticky floors not mopped in a while. No soap and no paper towels. The dining room is a mess. Upholstery torn and excessively worn. I mean are you guys seriously oblivious? Looks like it should have been closed years ago. Any operator running this place should be embarrassed.

This place is clean and the food is good. However they couldn’t get a Togo order right to save their life. There is never lemon in my tea, a pickle with the sandwich or the nachos cheese when I order the veggie baker. If they could get it together they would be 5 star for sure. Please do better!

This place was very clean and the 6″ sandwich was a struggle to have finished. The meats and veggies were the freshest ever I’ve tasted. Service was too tier and the prices were on the money. I’ll certainly return.

The food was really good. The young lady at the cash register, who took our order, seemed to not care about good service. She got my order wrong, but it all worked out. We will return, hopefully she won’t be there.

I am currently on a 6 month rotation to Montgomery and this is by far the best restaurant I have dined at. I wanted to try one of the lemon cookies and the staff went out of their way to bake some just for me! I have eaten here every day for the last 2 weeks and will continue. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’m a huge fan of the McAlister’s brand. I went to college in Oxford, MS, and spent several years enjoying McAlister’s original location (old movie set, very unique!). I lived in Phoenix, AZ, and was happy to find a McAlister’s out there to enjoy as well. I love a good McAlisters!

However, this McAlister’s need to improve. First it took way too long to get from the door to the point of sale. With one person in line, 1 waited 10 min before approaching a cashier. Then, I got skipped in line by one of the cashiers. One of them even said something, and either the available cashier ignored or didn’t hear. From there, I was able to order my club sandwich, and was told after the transaction was complete that there was a bus ahead of me and it would take upwards of 15 mins to make my sandwich. I pressed for an explanation, and only got a shoulder shrug. Other customers appeared to be waiting a really long time to place orders and get refills. There was also a pile of to go orders idly stacked in the window. At one point during my wait, I was offered a cookie. I’m not mad, so I declined. ended up waiting 20 mins for my sandwich. The bread tasted like there was maybe spilled liquid that got absorbed into it. I still ate it. The tea was good.

Overall, for an $11 sandwich and a national brand that is known for quality, this experience missed the mark. I recommend either Longhorn around the corner, or either the Moes or 5 Guys in the same shopping center.

We had not visited this store in a long time. Most of the food was OK. The chili was not good (extremely salty). Actually quite disappointing.

Too expensive for the quality of food they have.
Soups were watery and sweet tea wasn’t sweet.
