A true taste of Latin America hidden in a snowy paradise! I went to Besame to celebrate a loved one’s birthday and was genuinely impressed by their incredible, creative take on Latin cuisine.
We started with two tapas — the fried plantains and the shrimp — and I highly recommend both. The shrimp were big and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. For our main, we shared the veggie paella, which was a very generous portion, paired with guava and passion fruit mojito mocktails that were just as delicious as they were refreshing.
Overall, it was an outstanding meal, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. I’d absolutely come back again!

This place was fantastic. We started with the gyoza “Al pastor” and brussels. Both were delicious with the gyoza having an impressive presentation. The brussel sprouts could have been a little crispier but still was excellent.

Loved it! The tapas were delicious and it’s fun getting smaller plates to share and try different things. I loved the camarones, the salmon ceviche, and corn on cob, so delicious! Atmosphere and service were fantastic!

Plan for a family style meal experience, order multiple tapas/starters and some shareable mains. Absolutely delicious options for most every palate.
We had 6 people, went with Grilled Cuban Bread, Roasted Potatoes, Croquettes, Empanadas, Flautas, and Gyoza for tapas. All were excellent, go with the gyoza and flautas if you need to limit. We then went with Paella, Pork Rice, and Fajitas. The Mu Waan pork rice is out of this world, but only just above the others.
We then had a choco taco, churros, and banana bread pudding. Even the espresso was great.
For a mountain town dining experience, this place far exceeded my expectations and provided a memorable experience beyond reproach. Amazing.

This place was an all arpund great experience. They were more than happy to work with us and accommodate the vegan diet. Our friend got the regular paella and said it was delicious and, although expensive, absolutely loaded and probably enough for most groups of 2, maybe even 3, with a few other tapas.
I would highly recommend this place for a date night as well as the ambiance was very nice, just make sure and get a reservation ahead of time because it was quite busy during dinner time.

Our large group of 6 came for dinner. We didn’t get sat for 20mins past our reservation which we were originally unhappy about but the manager came and personally apologized and brought us dessert that more this made up for it. That kind of service is phenomenal. The staff was so kind and our night was so fun! The food was amazing and the server was also very attentive. Highly recommend.

One feature that I love about this place is the baby changing station has diapers in it. We are past the diapers phase with out two littlest but this is (for me) a huge sign that they truly care ablut creating a great dining experience for all. This meant a lot to me seeing this today!
