This place had charm. Tucked away in a strip mall it isn’t somewhere you’d know was there unless you walked past it like I did. My dish (3 beef tacos) was authentic enough. They give you the choice of “American way” or “Mexican way”. I chose Mexican. I’m comparing these to my local favorite tacos so I unfortunately can’t give them a 5. The beef was ground and appeared to be in some kind of gravy it was very runny. The flavor was ok. I prefer a more loose ground beef or steak. The sides were small but sufficient. The tacos were not served with any authentic Mexican peppers or pickled toppings. I was hoping for some avocado at least. Also to note, it was pretty pricey. Our bill came out to be almost $25 a plate (as shown below). This is one of the restaurants that you’d have to decide for yourself if you like it or not. Overall, it wasn’t bad.

Terrible customer service. Was supposed to accommodate a large party and they canceled last minute. Would not let me talk to a manager. Said they were fired and no one could take my call. Beware! Do not plan an event with these folks. A month and a half of planning. Relatives in from out of town. Wasted desserts and decorations. Canceled at 9 pm the night before and I could not talk to anyone to get a resolution. Do not ues this place for anything important!

One of the worst restaurants when it comes to service. Ordered an appetizer that never made it to the table, same with the dessert. Waiter was so careless and negligent that he did not even bother to come refill the water or ask how the food is. Asked (multiple times) for a plastic spoon to feed my kiddo and that never made it to the table. Waiter had no knowledge of the food, however the food we ordered was amazing in taste. Guess the more priority is not everyone but only the customers who are at the bar or who are celebrating birthdays.
Overall, food was great but don’t expect a good time due to horrible customer service.

Located in a strip mall along 28th Street, the interior of the restaurant was surprisingly better than I had expected. Fun, playful and relatively large. The menu was pretty extensive, with an option to suit anyone’s tastes from a quesadilla to a whole fish. Our food came out hot, smothered in cheese and with plenty of rice, beans and salsa, just like we like it!

Authentic Mexican restaurant located in Roger’s Plaza. Not the best Mexican food in town, but very tasy authentic dishes. They have some excellent lunch specials available until 4pm. We had the enchilada lunch special. Comes with two enchiladas, rice, and beans. We also had the Maya rolls. The food came out quickly and was very good. Service was good. The atmosphere is very cool. Worth a visit.

We sat at the bar. Good service. We had no complaints. We tried the double decker bus and it was very amazing and had the empanadas which they do not sell on the restaurant. But that’s what made us try the restaurant. They have great food inside the restaurant. Chips and salsa was great as well.

Great Mexican food and drinks. Huge serving sizes! My husband got the Parillada with 1lb of meats two plate fulls of rice beans and a bean and cheese taco on each. The complimentary chips and salsa were nice. Salsa they served was very mild I would suggest their spicy one! Margarita was delicious. Al pastor tacos are sweet yet savory. Steak tacos are great. My mother-in-law got the shrimp wrapped in bacon dish. I got the chile relleno, it was super cheesy almost too smothered. I would have rather wanted it more stand alone authentic. Overall, typical Mexican American food.

My husband and I stopped in for Sunday brunch and we’re pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The decor is colorfully pleasing to the eye, there’s a corner set up for live music, and a bar discreetly along the wall behind half wall partitions. I ordered the carne asada, my husband had the carne arrachera. The service was friendly and polite. The food was great! The meat was tender, well done and seasoning very well. The vegetables were fresh, crisp lettuce, firm tomato, a perfectly sliced avacado. Refried beans, rice and beans ranchero were all seasoned with a delicate balance of flavors. Wonderful atmosphere, great food.
