We ordered an extra cheese pizza, spicy chicken sausage pizza and buffalo wings. They must have misunderstood us because the extra cheese pizza was light on the cheese and there was basically no sauce. The chicken sausage pizza had about 2 sausage crumbles per slice. The wings were ok but we ordered 20 wings and only got 17. To be honest, Ive had frozen pizza and buffalo wings that taste better than this. Do yourself a favor and go to the Waldorf location. We usually order from that location with no complaints.

My family and I have ordered from Vocelli for 3 years never had an issue with our food. The last 3 orders we have received have not been up to par. Tonight 11/11/25 I get an order and I was shocked to see how awful everything looked. Everything was cold and tasted terrible. After tonight I don’t think we can order here again.

Was in the mood for some pizza and decided to give this place a shot I’m a huge pizza lover so I was excited to give this place a shot. My family and I ordered the Meat Magnífico pizza and it looked good but the meat felt over cooked, but it was still an alright pie, overall. The next thing we ordered were these garlic Vocelli Rolls which on a scale 1 to 10 I’d probably give it a a 7.8, cause they were good but I didn’t feel like they were cooked all the way through, also the cheese which was also on them felt they it was too much. Lastly we also got an order of wings and they were dry, hardly any sauce on them, and there was no flavor to them, so I was not happy with those at all. 50-50 if I’ll give this place another shot, but if I do hopefully I’ll have a better review of this place.

I’m so disappointed in Vocelli Pizza in La Plata.
I was given a visa gift card for Christmas. Went to treat myself to pizza tonight and really got screwed over. They ran the gift card, took all the money off the gift card, and said it was declined so basically “tough luck”. I am standing here with the website pulled up that shows this place just took the money off the card and the employee says “well it’s not showing on my end so ♀️”. I figured I can dispute it on Monday but for now I will just pay for my food…again. Sorry but their tap to pay isn’t working either. So they took $50 and I got nothing. What awesome customer service.

The pizza was delicious the crust crisp and soft, you know what I mean. Vocelli’s pepperonis are slightly spicy and I love it and I don’t do heat. I add cheddar because cheddar makes it better, Baby!
Delivered so hot I had to fan my mouth. Superb! So sorry I didn’t get the driver’s name but he was polite and clearly fast, even sending an I might be late text.

I recently moved to the area and lastnight was the 1st time I ordered pizza from here. I ordered a med. pepperoni/chz pizza and 10pc Buffalo wings. Got home to find 8 wings in the box without any Buffalo sauce. Called to let them know thinking maybe they would make it right… they asked me on the phone if I wanted a refund and I said “I don’t need a full refund because the pizza was good, but maybe for the wings since 2 were missing and are plain…”also 2 of 8 were drum sticks the size of my pinky. The girl on the phone apologized and said they have several new workers there. The manager said they couldn’t give a refund. That’ll be the last time I go there. I’ve heard great things about this place, but this definitely did not live up to what I had expected.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I sat at the counter and no one there to greet me. but there was a worker (if you want to call him one) sitting in the dining area on his break playing games on his phone. Didnt say ”hi” ”someone will be right with you”…nothing! not even a glance up. It has gone DOWNHILL. And yes I’m writing this review while sitting in my car.

Made very specific instructions that I just wanted a normal when placing an order within the app because the options/set up made no sense. No flavor in 2 different kinds of pizza. Burnt.
For my caesar salad I got iceberg lettuce with a couple pieces of chicken and a tiny bit of parm cheese. Luckily I had stuff at home to fix it the way I wanted. The pizza rolls tasted like a tablespoon of salt with barely any pepperoni or cheese. Will never eat here again. They used to be good.

Got here at 9:10 pm, they close at 9:30 pm and they refused to let me order. I guess they are LAZY and turn away business so they can get home and watch TV. Will never come back here again. How long does it take to make a sub an hour? You might want to tell your employees stay open til 9:30 or you will lose business but your just a business so why should you care about turning away business and losing business obviously your employees don’t..

Taste like cardboard. Thin crust, think of a potato chip thickness. Pepperoni, could you “possibly” slice any thinner?
Had to ask for plates. Manager/ Server disappeared.
“Might we get a fork Sir” “Might we get some hot peppers, or napkins”? A basic, Customer Service thing to add, offer? I had added a 20 percent tip at purchase.
Manager/ Server never showed back up, though trying to get a fork, or hot peppers.
Food 1: just buy any supermarket pizza.
Service 0: Non existent for dining in.
Atmosphere 4: I stay honest, looked clean
