The best value for authentic Mexican food in the league city area. They have complimentary charro beans, the food is well served and delicious! Place is clean and the folks there are nice and welcoming.

This food taste really bad. I spent $18 and wish I could get my money back. Just awful. The rice have a nasty taste like it’s old. The chicken is shredded and supposed to be fajitas. The beans has that old taste like the rice. I will never go again

BEST breakfast burrito around — no contest.
This place absolutely nails it every time. The burritos are unreal, plus you get serve-yourself frijoles and a killer salsa bar with every order (which already puts them ahead of the game). Plus, they recently reopened in a new location in League City, so now more space, and it just makes the whole experience even better.
On top of the amazing food, the owners and staff are genuinely some of the nicest people you’ll meet. You can feel the care they put into what they do. It’s the kind of local spot you want to support — and then you taste the food and realize it’s a total win. Highly recommend.

Went for breakfast with my hubby. Ordered a burrito and huevos ranchero plate. Also ordered chips and salsa. Waitress told me I had to get my own salsa from a buffet salsa/toppings area. This is just unsanitary. I’ve never had to get my own salsa when ordering chips and salsa. No sugar at the table for coffee, you basically have to get up and go to the area by the salsa/toppings bar to get anything you want to add to your coffee. My burrito literally fell apart…they put way too many eggs with huge potatoes in it. It was missing the cheese and bacon. $3 for the bowl of chips that just sat up on the counter for like 5 minutes, not worth it, they were hard to bite. Hot sauce looked greasy and was not that good. Would not recommend.

The inside is nice but it’s more like a store front than an actual restaurant. You have to pay and stand in line before you eat. The tortillas are fake, not much to choose from. They offer free charro beans but they don’t taste so great. Everything lacked flavor. The place isn’t worth it in my opinion. I’d rather go down the street to Main St Bistro or Esteban’s.

Update**** Sept 12, 2025. Love their new location!!! Food is excellent and free charro beans with any purchase is so nice! Loved their rice and carne guisada on flour tortillas! Customer service was top tier and super clean interior!

Best Mexican food in the area. Might be best food in the area. Flavorful. Authentic. Great portions. Great value. Great people. What more can you want? They don’t play about their meats, no skimping here.

Cute place with friendly service. I ordered breakfast tacos for takeout which were very good. I really liked that they have a complementary condiment bar with pickled veggies, fresh onions, cilantro, charro beans (delish!) salsas, and more! I am gluten sensitive and I had no issues eating their tacos on corn tortillas. We will be back!

Used to love this place. We came back to town and came to try breakfast in their new location. I got the huevos rancheros and they were very underwhelming. You had to pay for chips and salsa. The boracho beans were excellent as always.
Tortillas didn’t seem homemade like they used to be.
Prices have gone up double on some items.
Cashier didn’t seem to care that we were there or not. Very transactional.

They’re back!!!!!!! I had always heard about this place, but the old location was already closed by the time I found out. The beans are still free and very good. I ordered two breakfast tacos. I do think that they should be a little more full for the price. I heard lot of people ordering the Special Burrito. Might try that one next. Good option if you live in this area.
