For 2 years I did not go to this location BK until November 2025, I had placed a bad review prior due to low quality of food and service, on that date in November I was pleasantly surprised that the food and service had vastly improved. I’m sad to say that level of service did not last, most likely due to the constant fluctuation of employees, the food I received was dry,tasted old and was obviously microwaved numereous times and was most likely what was unsellable from that week I had to throw half of it away in the trash, I should have tasted the food before I left the premises. I was told 3 employees were at work but I only saw two. Unfortunately I had given each a $10 tip for a total of $30 not knowing what awaited me in the bag of low quality food. Why do most businesses take their customers for granted, I work hard for my money and expect quality service and food especially during this era of ever increasing prices. I was very disappointed

After waiting about 30 mins for them to hand me cold food with some nasty attitude. Took my cup to get my drink at their “cleaned Every day” drink machine. lost my appetite. Worst Burger King experience.

So normally I deal with John and he does a great job, last two times there I’ve dealt with someone else and got a chicken sandwich in which I asked for no mayonnaise and yet it had it. Not the end of the world but both times I asked for sauce(ranch and buffalo). Got charged both times yet still no sauce. That’s just not right, chicken fries need the sauce. Come on .30 cents per sauce. Thank goodness my large drink is half full of ice so I can wash down the disappointment.

The food is the same. The employees are the only thing that makes one BK better than another. The workers were great when I visited. Fast and friendly service. There was a wind storm and the power kept going off. This obviously caused problems outside their control but they handled it great! Still faster than places I have been that didn’t have power issues. Reset the computers and kept going.
For the owner: I would suggest battery backup for your computers and power failure lighting in the dining area.

Gave them a $7.99 large whopper meal coupon in the drive thru. They didnt give me an order total, i handed them the coupon with my debit card. Later at my house i checked my online banking and realized they charged me $11.99 plus tax for the whopper meal.

Their service is very slow.. I placed my order at 5:42 PM via DoorDash and ordered only 3 items.. but they showed the time as 22 minutes but I got it at 6:30 PM. I had to wait a total of 47 minutes and it is 0.4 miles away from my house.

They tell you to go to the parking lot for your drive through order, and then after 30 minutes waiting you have to go inside to get your order that has been ready for minutes while they talk and have no customers. Nobody acknowledge me when I went inside looking for the order, until what I assume was the manager saw me waiting and talked to me. On top of that they gave me the most disgusting old and hollowed fries.(Not exaggerating) Terrible service!

Drive through order late at night. Was promptly greeted, gentleman was polite, repeated my order back to make sure it was accurate. Food was prompt and fresh, and when I went to pull away the gentleman called out to let me know I’d forgotten the apple juice as part of the kids meal, and made sure I got it. Absolutely no complaints!

The food was fresh. Every time I go to this restaurant they tell me to go to a different window to pay. I waited and waited at the back window as I was told to go to the first window. After the car in front of me drove away I started to pull up to the first window figuring I misunderstood. All of a sudden I hear a loud noise and I thought I ran over something and slammed on my brakes. Only to find out that it was a cashier back at the windows slamming his hand on the side of my car trying to tell me that I didn’t pay at the first window. He made my nephew cry because he’s scared him so bad he thought he was being attacked. First of all if you’re not going to be at the window that you tell me to come to for several minutes there’s no reason why I shouldn’t think to pull forward. And there is a register at the front window so no big deal. Advise your employees not to bang on the side of people’s cars to get their attention.
