I visited this location for the first and last time. I normally purchase my smoothies at Smoothie King, but decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
It was only 10:00 AM, yet the fruits already appeared to be in poor condition. I was about to order a smoothie with bananas and strawberries, but neither of them looked fresh or suitable to serve. I understand bananas can have a natural yellowish color, but what I saw was unpresentable and should not be offered to customers.
Other locations maintain their fruits in fresh and appealing condition, which is what customers expect when paying for a smoothie. When I raised the concern with the manager, I was told that they simply “follow standards.” If the standard here is to serve fruits that look spoiled or old, that is not acceptable.
This is especially concerning because many people order through the drive-thru and never see the quality of the ingredients being used. Customers deserve fresh, high-quality fruit in their smoothies, not produce that looks like it should be discarded.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and corrected, as it directly affects the quality, trust, and reputation of your brand.

We tried, two times in two weeks. My order was not consumed both times and my son who is 11 told me that his “sugar water” this time was not good. Both my husband and I tasted mine (also sugar water) and agreed that our drink was not drinkable and had no resemblance of a smoothie. We had only a lot of sugar, ice, water, and a few slices of strawberry (not blended). In my order last time all I could taste was banana in a smoothie that was ordered with no banana. What was so odd both times is that the drive-thru attendant kept asking us to add pineapple and banana into our smoothies. We declined the both times and both times the attendant proceeded to ask “are you sure you don’t want banana or pineapple” after already sharing that we did not want it added?

Waited almost an hour for two smoothies with only one person in front of us in the line. And the guy working the window had given her our smoothies, she’d left and he followed her out to get our smoothies back and then tried to give them to us. I expressed it made us uncomfortable to take them after she had driven off with them. And he said he would remake them, which he did but the “ remade “ ones didn’t seem very cold, almost like he gave us the original ones. Very bad experience unfortunately.

Quick and easy smoothies. Always willing to customize. Service varies but always good enough. Fridays are great because 32 oz smoothies are the same price as the smaller size.

I had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King location. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in—unfriendly and clearly not interested in helping customers. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me again for items I had already paid for. When I pointed it out, they were dismissive and didn’t apologize or try to resolve the issue. The whole experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. I’ve been to other Smoothie Kings and never had this kind of treatment. Definitely won’t be coming back to this one.

I had a really horrible experience with a female manager here, I asked to sub almond butter instead of peanut butter on my açaí bowl due to an allergy. As I have done this before with no issues, I expected to just be up charged for the substitution. Instead Elaina, the manager was very unprofessional in her customer service and extremely rude. Having worked in the food industry as a bartender most of my college career I fully understand having a bad day and I always approach food service workers with the best attitude. Conversely, I fully understand when something is unjustified. I ended up not getting a bowl and just got a smoothie instead. Honestly, out of all the smoothie king franchises I’ve ever been to this is the worst I’ve ever been to. They didn’t even hand me a straw I had to ask for it and got an eye roll. Service here is wild.

Came in on Tuesday Sept.24 . A lady named Catherine took my order she was polite and made me feel like family. She asked me name and brought out my smoothie to me. My smoothie was blended perfectly and the taste was on point. Thank you for making my experience feel so welcoming I will definitely return. She even checked on me before I left to make sure everything was right. This is what customer service is all about
Update. Catherine is still amazing and we just love her. The other staff is also amazing what a great team you have.

Horrible customer service- we went in to get the drinks and drive thru was prioritized… it took like 5-10 mins for them to stop taking drive thru orders and take our orders which halfway through the worker took a call and walked away. Don’t know how this location has so many good reviews.
