I came to get the Bikini Bottom Bundle, and the food ended up being great. I knew immediately the 3 guys working were busy, but all of them had great attitudes and pushed through. Although it took a bit longer to get my food, they still made sure everything was correct. The lobby was also really clean. An overall good experience.

I went to this location the other night and the person in front counter was very kind to me. I live at the halfway house accross the street and was taking food home for my roommate and I, was working with limited funds so she helped me choose the best option within my budget. Was so kind and even helped me put an extra bag over my food so it wouldn’t get cold because I was riding my bike back! Still thinking about this days later so I thought I would let someone know. Update- I had a bad experience this time. I waited in the drive thur for 10 minutes and I was at the window, we’ll I got my order my fires are cold and small. Didn’t get oh here this is on us for having you want for so long.
This is one of my favorite burger kings, the drive thru staff is always nice, my food is hot. And if i have to wait for my food they always offer a ice cream or a soda for the wait. The ice cream cones here are a lot bigger than McDonald’s it’s what an ice cream cone should look like.

This store was not operating 2 hours after open. No employee acknowledged me for 10 minutes, and as this was a doordash order that can cause some issues with my earnings, employment, and can cause fees for the restaurant. To make matters worse, the screen for the kitchen has the order timed at 20+ minutes. Completely ridiculous, and look, locations can turn off their Dashpad (the tablet for their orders to come in) whenever they want, meaning when kitchens are behind, understaffed, or overloaded with in store customers, they can indeed not take Doordash orders and not put extra pressure on them or the dashers of an area. I’m so confused as to why more stores don’t do that when they are stretched too thin, rather than burn out their employees and risk dashers income

Spent my entire 1 hour lunch break sitting in the drive through line today and this is the “large” fry they gave me when I finally got to the window. Seriously? Drove away without checking so they could help the poor people behind me who had also been waiting 30+ minutes for their food and made it back to work with 10 mins to spare to eat my food very unhappily. “Fast food” my ass

I got food from here today and the burger was still red and raw on the inside. Manager was pretty rude and service here is always super slow and sucks. Wont be eating here again since the employees have not consideration for anybody but themselves. people can get food poisoning from undercooked and raw meat but apparently these employees don’t care but I will be reporting them with the health department if I get sick from them. disgusting food

This restaurant is consistently one of the dirtiest restaurants you will visit in Fort Collins. The window are filled with little kid hand prints, you can barely see in or out of the doors due to the number of hand prints. Today, the floor was so sticky, it was like a movie theater when someone would spill a soda and your shoes stick to the floor then peel away every step you take. I enjoy the Burger King menu, but I won’t be returning to this store anymore. It’s just too dirty and disgusting to eat with any confidence here

This place just feels gross and dirty inside. The service is always slow and the breakfast sandwiches I got yesterday felt like the croissants were not even cooked all the way through. They were light colored and not crispy.
